[HELP] Need System.sin file - Sony Xperia M2

I need a system.sin file for sony xperia m2 dual (d2302) android version 4.4.4 kitkat. Please someone upload it. Just the system.sin file. Please do it as soon as possible.

Just extract it from ftf file, which is an archive. It does contain all .sin files. If you plan to flash only system.sin, you can exclude everything except SYSTEM in FlashTool.

Actually, i don't have enough internet data and the speed of the net sucks where i live so i can't download the whole FTF. I bricked my phone by formatting the system in the CWM. Please someone upload it.

the main weight of tft files is system image. If you bricked your device by formatting /system just flash sony firmaware excluding data wipe

[Q] convert a FTF ROM to a ZIP ROM

I think that in order to customize a ROM it needs to be in ZIP format, right?
At least in ZIP format I was able to browse the contents of ROMs while in FTF it didn't work with 7zip, or at least the contents are not easily readable.
So, can anyone help me converting FTF to ZIP? I'm on Windows 7.
I tried a tool called F2Z but it didn't work with my Sony Xperia Miro FTF ROM file.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers

1. Open .zip with WinRar or 7zip. Extract system.sin
2. Use the sin extractor tool in FlashTool.
3. The result is a system.ext4 file.
4. If on Linux or OS X, mount it and zip the system folder. On WinRar you can use a tool like Ext2Extractor to do the job.
5. ????
6. Profit.

Help with ftf extraction for 6.0 ROM.

Hi guys, I'm fairly new to this whole ftf system so I am having a bit of trouble extracting the boot.img out of it. I am working on a pure stock 6.0 ROM but need the boot.img extracted, I already got the system just need boot. I have tried using flashtool to convert the boot.sin to a boot.img and it tried making a 450 terabyte file when I clicked dump data. Any advice would be great. I also just tried renaming extension but that yielded a black screen upon immediate boot.
As a side note I don't think this is even going to work because starting from 6.0 and above the file system changed from system folder to the new format with the .dat files and that really makes things even more complicated than they already are.

Need Help to convert SOV35 into S8231

Still no reply..
S8232 or g8231???
Im confuse here... S8231 OR G8231? SOV35 AND G8231 its the same phone right?
xperifirm & effort
It's quite simple, you have to edit the firmware.xml file from the download folder in your flasher before packing the .ftf . I don't know what .ftf you need but if you have flashtool with xperifirm plugin you should be able to select your customization of the oem rom of your choice. Edit the file (firmware.xml) while you have xperifirm open in your rom downloads folder, change the tagged info where the model written is 8321 to SOV35. Then close xperifirm and the .ftf will bundle as SOV35 instead of 8321. When you flash the phone the system firmware itself will write/update the phone to 8321. You might get an error or two, flashing it again right after should get rid of those. Make sure you know how to create the partition folder with the right contents for XZ and later models. A bit late, let me know if you still have it and are successful.
