[Completed] [Q] Can not install OEM ROM in my Xolo Q900 - XDA Assist

Hi,
I have recently rooted my Xolo Q900 and installed Xiaomi Custom Rom. After that I have also tried with another ROM i.e. Samsung Note 3 Rom.
Now I want to revert back to my Stock Rom. But When I am trying to install the ROM its showing "Installation Aborted" "Error Code : 0".
Also A peculiar problem I am having that, after installing the Note 3 rom when my phone starts its shows the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in boot screen. Since the Rom has a serious bug I have to reinstall the MIUI Rom but even after installing the MIUI Rom the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 screen is still coming and then the Xolo logo comes.
I would love to get some help in this section.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Soumya

Hi,
Be sure you have the proper stock firmware,
> General discussion > Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking > All Xolo Mobile Official Firmware & Flasher Only
I would read the whole thread to see any issues anyone has, and to see how to flash the files, and you could ask for help there too.
If that doesn't help, you will need to ask for help here,
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Good luck!

thanks for reply

Hi,
I hope the rom was made for your specific device..... And not a Note 3 rom? That would likely be very bad.
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device either, so you can ask for help here....
> Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Or contact the manufacturer about stock firmware.
Good luck!

[Completed] [Q] Can't change boot image after flashing custom rom.

So, I flashed my Micromax Nitro A310 with a chinese rom based on MIUIv5 but that was too heavy for my device.
Along with the rom came this image (see attachment 1) that shows up everytime I power up/restart the phone.
Followed by the android animation (see attachment 2).
I have come to realize that the android animation can be changed easily via file explorers with root permissions.
But I have been unable to change the first image which although eye catching is not something one wants to see everytime their phone restarts.
So, My question is.
How do I change that image?
My device is rebranded coolpad F1 running on qualcomm.

It seems that installing other roms doesn't work.
The kernel image or bootsplash has been modded by the dev who made the miui rom.
So I am looking in threads describing how to change bootsplash.

Hello,
I would like to install CWM Recovery on my micromax bolt a067 2015 edition (kitkat).
But with refrence to the above title, my mobile is unsupported.
I would like to take the risks of manually doing it via ROM Manager, but would like to know the consequences if it fails.
thank you in advance.
and also is there any way (like reflashing if so the steps) that ii can restore my device if it gets bricked?......
