1) Download SPICEMOD_V1.0.zip.001 andSPICEMOD_V1.0.zip.002 Files.

2)Extract using 7zip as shown in the screen shot and then repack using 7zip as shown in the screenshot.
3) Copy into External SD Card
4) Go To CWM Recovery
5) Wipe Data/Factory Reset And Wipe Partition
6) From Advance Menu Do Dalvik Catch Clear
7) Go in Mount And Storage select FORMAT SYSTEM
8) Select Install From SD card and Select SPICEMOD_V1.0.zip And Select YES
9)Press next
10Accept terms and conditions and Press next
11)next
12)select default or custom as you desire
13)check backup NVRAM and IMEI
14)Install
15)Reboot Your System
16)After first start,if black screen appears,click middle button of your mobile and choose the launcher you want.

Download Rom​
Installation:
Download and save the zip file in internal storage
Boot in recovery mode and do the following
1.Wipe/data factory rest
2.format partition cache
3.Advance->wipe Dalvik Cache->Go back
4.Mounts and storage>> Format System>Go back
4.Install zip from memory sdcard
5.Choose zip from internal sdcard
6.Select the downloaded zip file>> Yes
After installation go back and reboot the device and its done. It may take 2-3 minutes for first boot.... Enjoy...

I have flashed this rom and used it. Well the rom is smooth as hell and ram optimsation is toooo good. But I found the notification panel look awkward and I guess the font reminds me of samsung devices ... Well the holo theme background was :sly: ... Well I changed it with xblast ... But great rom :thumbup:
