Will do once things are confirmed as up and running, Its sense 2.1 with a few minor 3.0 additions (USB Connection screen & Task Manager) im whipping an addon pack now which includes - HTC Trace - Kingdom lockscreen (LeeDrOiDed) - Weather & a few widgets

Really itching to give this a shot, but I am forced to wait. I've been using cm7 hboot ROMs and love the speed and kinda take preference to cm7 versions.

The "huge battery improvements" sounds interesting to me. Is it really something that would make a difference compared for, let's say, Reflex S?

Fantastic rom. Thanks for posting it here also.
Well I like the Rom and just like other roms I try using craigslist and its always lagging badly. Any ideas on how to fix it. I use the craigslist app quite a bit so any feedback would be appreciated. So far the only roms that don't freeze up craigslist are stock and revolution hd Rom 1.5 the newest freezes it up also so what to do.

Sense-o-Maniac - Cleaning mission:
I hear you ask "Whats the purpose of a new Sense 3.6 rom"
Well I have a philosophy that a rom should be stock look and feel all the time.
But also has to be clean as far as possible, i only want apps and services which i need.
I consider this rom as my learning project since i'm only 2 years on android.
I never had the intenstion to released any rom to the public.
But since some users requested i did presented it into the wild and started with a custom rom for the HTC Desire last year...
I keep it stock and bloatware free.
I really mean bloatware free, my purpose is to minimize the rom to the bone but i must still be a fully functional Sense rom
Where user can chose and install there own apps.
Although i wanna keep it clean i will upgrade it overtime with just little tweaks for speed and memory improvement
This version has been cleaned to the bone.
Still some work to do but it's a fully functional Sense rom.

Install Notes:
Before flashing be sure you have a Custom Recovery with touch drivers
SuperCID your phone (Read @Step4 how to)
Download the latest S-o-M ICE rom, put on your sdcard.
Download the latest 3.32 base firmware, put it on your sd-card (Download)
Now flash the latest firmware by booting into your bootloader (if connected to your pc select bootloader and press powerbutton)
Follow the onscreen instructions for flashing the new firmware
Reboot into your recovery and flash the rom. (No need to full wipe before a fresh install, the installer does the job)
Let the magic begin

Your probably get into a bootloop after flashing the latest firmware.
Two ways to get into your recovery.
1. Open the adb cmd and type adb reboot recovery
2.Or remove your sd and delete the firmware image via your pc
Put the card back in your phone and reboot into the bootloader and select recovery

i think someone have to de-sensed it, u know pure ICS homescreen, i tried all the ics build made today, all are bit laggy, but certainly usable, yours is bloat free, so should be faster, suggested de-sense ics coz it may make the rom smoother

Although most bloatware has been removed and still have to remove some.
The rom sometimes can feel a bit laggy.
This has to be polished away overtime.

Beware :: this rom is a leaked version from HTC.
So expect bugs...
Some of them i already posted in the known bugs section.
The first boot can take some time (aprox 10min)
Please don't ask for any requests.
The rom has to be stable and some features will be ported over from the Sense 3.5 rom.
But since it's almost Christmas holiday time it will take some time and it will not be ready over the up coming days or weeks.

A known issue is the Music libary and Photo gallery.
It does load your data but it takes aprox 10min.
Why i don't know and it's on the repair list.

What makes this ROM different? very good question, most of which can be answered by looking at the Features in the first post
the main points are that all apps are updated as of yesterday, hosts file updated, volume tweaks applied for bigger sound throughout the system.
oh and i will add a patch later that will allow people who are not that fond of beats audio profile to have dolby, srs, no-effect and EQ in the music enhancer

The ROM is good to go but there is a significant performance boost gained by flashing the ICS firmware, for me the ROM flies with the latest firmware and enough users have flashed it that there are no issues, you stay S-OFF, root etc

ok found the problem, i forgot to create a dummy file for busybox, re-uploading the corrected ROM now, about 40mins left

i think the 2 stars was probably for the booting issues, they are sorted now, just waiting for the upload to finish

yes it can be used for none XE but i would suggest you wait for version 2.0.1 to finish uploading as flashing this version may give boot issues due to a missing file for busybox. (version 2.0.1 fixes this)

How to check for updates (OTA):
Q: I noticed there is a update but can't find the link
A: Go to: Settings -> About phone -> Software updates -> Click on Check now
If there will be a update then you'll receive it and after downloading it will be installed automatically.
Don't have New OTA update notification:
Q: OTA seems to be out but don't have any notification
A: Reboot your device and check again (It seems Rom-Cleaner kill the OTA Support)
Don't have New OTA update notification:
Q: Sudden strange FC
s, malfunctioning apps, ect after restoring apps
A: It's know you can screw a rom up when restoring apps (TB for example)
So please avoid restoring System Apps, User apps can be restored but can also occasionally cause issues.
If you encounter issues try to undo the restore and do a fresh install of the app in question.

Have some bad, good and very good news to tell you...
First some good news:
It looks like Friday i can/will release v1.0.5 as a full rom.
With this rom is a Full Wipe needed.
A OTA aint available since there are to many changes (System Side) to make a OTA.
With this rom comes all fixes mentioned in this thread in the past two weeks.
I and four others tested these fixes without any issues.
Some very good news:
I have some very good news.
I think you all know Steve0007 from the Elegancia Rom series.
We have decided to co-develop Elegancia Roms
Two of us could bring more to users, so this is our main target in this Rom co-development
While building Sense-o-Maniac v1.0.5 from scratch I was thinking how to cook Elegancia.
I would spread the Sense-o-Maniac love (Less is More) to Elegancia.
And Elegancia would bring me also its love.
So we will bring all the following goodies to Elegancia: OTA feature, Tweaks app, Aroma options, kernel options and much more..
Thanks to the VillianTeam scrip, we will be able to bring the Elegancia stock look and the colored Rom into one single Rom !
Steve is helping me with the theming stuff since this aint my thing.
And to keep the overview i made a new Sense4.1 rom
Two roms into one zip, Since Elegancia is supporting two version (Colored and Stock) i choose this to have a better and easier way to bring OTA.
Now i can send one OTA for all version.
There for i needed to rewrite Aroma which nows contains a extra 7000 lines.
To keep the rom.zip as small as possible i make use of VRtheme.
The Theme package is just 38mb and can be applied when choosing the colored version.
The total rom.zip size is 593mb for two roms and all the goodies in one zip
Some bad news:
In order to keep my overview i will discontinue cooking finally for the following roms:
Sense-o-Maniac - Sense 3.5
Sense-o-Maniac - Sense 3.6
Sense-o-Maniac - DeSensed
What about the Sense 4.1?
Well i will maintain it until it's stable.
Also have some things one my ToDo list which has to be implanted.
When I will finally stop cooking?
Well until it's done that could be in a month but it could also be a year.
I will fix issues if users encounter them.
But there will come a time to rebase the rom or it's to old to maintain when no one uses it anymore.
My main focus will be on Elegancia and will be cooking for Sense-o-Maniac - Sense 4.1 until it's finished.

Tweaks install just fine here.
Have a nice Leedroid icon in my appdrawer.
All the lockscreens are now bundled in one optional install folder.
I will give them a sepperate section in the next version.
And one advise: to use stock camera. HQ Cam have video only 720p and its not stable. Stock cam works fine. And for video playback I prefer BSPlayer. it don't have lags

I've been using 4.0-unofficial for a good while now and not experienced this error.
Looking forward to flashing up to the official version with the working Bluetooth though
