Have a small problem regarding the unlocking of the opo. I currently have Custom recovery installed (teamwin) but the bootloader will not unlock. I have tried using the tools and tried using the command but all that happens is it keeps rebooting and then going into the recovery so effectively doing nothing. I'm going round in circles at the moment so any help would be appreciated. I am not on the latest 30o update.
Thanks in advance

Hello, everyone. I've got a trouble with my at&t atrix 2. I've cm10 onboard and when I tried to flash another rom on it I found that nothing changes. Reading similar problem threads I realized that the problem is in NAND, which is in R/O mode. And every change in internal storage restores after the phone reboot. Does anyone have a solution for this ? Plz help.

What method you are using?
Use BMM only.....here is the link......http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2602229

The problem is probably in NAND-flash. It is in read-only mode because of an error, I guess. So I can noy boot into BMM recovery. Maybee it will be easier to replace mainboard from anoter A2 ?

A kernel acts as a connection between the
hardware and the software.
so if you flash a wrong kernel, it will misbehave

I think that's a problem for the solution of the fire makes it
I order the same day repair lab
Flash a factory image. If the restarts stop then you know it's a problem with the ROM/kernel. Not all phones are identical, what may work for some doesn't always work for others. Your phone simply may not like some custom kernels, simple as that. If the ones you are flashing are undervolted by default that could be the problem, as some phones respond better to undervolting than others.

Don't use toolkits. Flash the system image with fastboot. If the problem is still there, it's your phone. If the problem disappears, it's the ROM/kernel. Again, use fastboot and not a toolkit.

Hi guys,
my setting was: rooted 5.0 but stock bootloader (I think). Now I want to update to 5.1 and followed the instructions in this post. Also I flashed TWRP and the current SuperSU.
Now, SuperSU tells me that
No su-file is installed and SuperSU isn't able to install one

RootChecker tells me that
Sorry! Root access is not properly installed

But with ES File Explorer I can access / and all of its subfolders.
So it seems, that my phone is still kind of rooted but there's so su-file. Any hints how I can fix that?
Furthermore, the preferences crash when I try to open the Language and Input section. Everything else works flawlessly.

Thanks, but this will not only wipe the phone but I will also loose root, right? With this you imply that I can't recover root and solve this Languages and Input issue without wiping and re-rooting?

You can flash just system.img. You will not loose any data and rooting again is not such a deal. There are too many dependences to discover what actually went (still is) wrong.

Alright. Thanks for the help.
Just to be clear: I just flash the system.img from 5.1 like I've done before? And would you be so kind as to point me to a tutorial on how to re-root without wiping?
Thanks!

Alright, I re-flashed the systems.img and the current SuperSU zip (seems like I used an older one before) and root is back
The preferences section "Languages and Input" is still crashing though.
Edit: Nevermind. I had to enable the Google Keyboard, now everything is fine.
I installed TWRP but I think I may have followed a step incorrectly. I reformatted my data, but now I'm missing all of the stock huawei apps, including the keyboard. Any idea on what I may have done incorrectly or have an idea on how I could fix this?
