Well i actually failed in this.But i need help from other.Can we not overclock gt s6102 to 1.2 GHz if we can overclock Galaxy young to 1.2 Ghz.

Usually you need an unlocked bootloader, a custom recovery to flash a custom kernel and a custom kernel that supports overclocking. Without those 3 things it won't be possible. Usually....

If there is a custom kernel available for that particular Rom then you can flash it. Read CM11 Rom thread. If there is a kernel available in that section, flash it otherwise ask them about the kernel because many roms come with overclocked kernels and many aren't.
for any other android phones pleanty of custom roms avalible pls some one take trouble to build custom rom for galaxy core 2 pls i beg u guys
