Thanks to both of you. I did see that in the instructions but I don't have the Theme option. I think I have the 10B Verizon software version and it's missing Theme.

Use a file explorer and go to Systems>Add.on> and delete the OTA script for the module then flash the new update or same version update on your device it wil reset all your modifications done by this zip as for fix there are non as cyanogen recently made huge changes to the ways of how the CM theme engine works so the older version cannot function properly anymore you will have to wait for the next version of C-Apps or wht cyanogen calls it now Mod.life package to be released
