FLASHING YOUR FILES IN FASTBOOT
Now you are ready to flash your files. Starting with your recovery.img file and then followed by your kernels boot.img - In your command window type the following commands
1. ** To flash a recovery you will need to type**
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
2. ** To flash your kernels boot.img you need to type**

Hi Simona. Thanks for your reply. I am not that much expert. I taught there is some other methods.
I installed the correct recovery but still my update is not working. I even removed the super su but in vain. The only thing remaining is to lock the bootloader again. Which I failed to do through command line. It is not accepting to lock the bootloader.
I can do it through local update if I get the correct rom update of my version mt7 tl10 international. Thanks indeed.

Simona, is the boot.img mandatory to be flashed in case we wanna go back to previous firmware? Isn't enough to flash the stock recovery (extracted from the update.app file) ? If not, where can I find the boot.img file? Inside the update file (by extracting it)?

{REQ} Stock Recovery for official B324

Hi all,
I have successfully unlocked bootloader, flashed TWRP recovery and rooted my device MT7-L09. My question is where can I get a hold of a copy of the stock recovery for the official B324 lollipop release? Or is there a way to make a backup of it still on my device now?
I'm kind of new to this, so please bare with me
Thanks!

@tuddu: I don't know why it didn't work for you. I reflashed this stock recovery (extracted from update.app) by following these methods from http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-7/orig-development/recovery-twrp-2-8-7-0-mate7-android-5-1-t3156779 . Now it works normally

No bro ...
While connected to system it cannot detect my device
Have you tried to search for ROMs for your phone model?
Google or Search at www.needrom.com
Take a note....
Do you included your kernel in cwm (i mean porting cwm)??
you have to flash stock recovery or working cwm recovery optionally(may be) boot.img
1. If u found a stock rom, confirm that the rom is working
2. Don't touch preloader coz it will make things worse...
3. use latest version of SP flash tool.
4. if u can't find a stock rom find a clone of your phone and use that (Kernal may be upgraded or downgraded)
5. Post a request of a boot.img and recovery.img

Please help,lost everything

I rooted my device which is a huawei p8 max with the kingroot apk and i installed the twrp recovery (the MATE S TWRP) which still works.
Unfortunately i deleted EVERYTHING in my p8 max.. there are NO DATA and NO SYSTEM files.
There's only the mate s recovery that works.
I tried to flash a zip with the stock firmware inside but the recovery showed me "unable to mount '\system' " and "Zip file is corrupt!" in red.
In addiction, my pc can't even recognize my p8 max, but it shows a connected device called "CRR - L09" that is my phone.
It is shown as an MTP device because I DIDN'T ENABLE THE USB DEBUGGING on my phone.
Is has a folder "internal storage" in which i put my zip with the stock firmware to flash(i said it didn't work) and other 2 sub-folders that are "TWRP" and "obb". Just these two.
My HiSuite(the huawei tool) can't recognize of course my device
__________________________________________________ ___
bootloader unlocked
twrp installed and working
root
my pc sees just an mtp device (CRR - L09)
device EMPTY with just an internal storage with other 2 folders (twrp, obb)

I'M SO FRUSTRATED, IF IT'S POSSIBLE I'D LIKE TO HAVE MY PHONE BACK PLEASE

Extracted them from the B383 update.
But im wondering why there are 2 Recovery files, both are the same size but they give back different md5hash sum, that mean that there is something different about them.
But here you are:

I got an issue with an P9 [EVA l_09] after upgrading from latest Marshmallow C432 single SIM to Nougat via SD Card update.app and restart. I did similar updates on 5-10 different devices w/o an issue.
Fist part went fine, but with the second [HW_init] it went into this:
http://www.derjackistweg.de/img_20170601_142722_resized_20170601_022749113
I was not able to flash ANY different update.app after that via SD card [weather Marshmallow 1rst or later version]
The device is stock - NO change in Bootloader
I do not have any recovery from before or whatever.
I do want to use this device in whatever Firmware!
PS: I cannot post by myself. Though my account is 11 (!) years old - I am not experienced enough Back in the day I had more posts of course, XDA made changes over the years.

Please Help Cant boot up Or Enter Recovery!

For enter to twrp try this
- unplug cable from phone
- turn off
- turn on and hold together on/off button + vol up
- when you see honor blue logo release on/off button but still hold vol up
