is there a way to edit colors and app LED notifications within the system files without using apps like light flow or light manager? I don't want to have an app always running to control this function, I'd rather it be from the system itself.
its pretty frustrating how the s3 has so many cool led colors but no stock way to edit when and where they are used.
on jellywiz rls 3

CM10 roms have it built in. Otherwise as far as I know you can either set the color in each app that supports color choosing or you need the app light flow.
i can do this on paranoid android without an app. built into thte settings
Blink also works

I'm looking for a mod or app that changes my OVERALL notification LED light, not on a per app basis like Light Flow and other apps do. I am willing to decompile apks to do it if I have to.

Some of the apps I found try these..
Light Flow Lite - LED Control
Light Flow - LED&Notifications
Light Manager - LED Settings
[App][2.1+] LEDBlinker Lite-WhatsApp, Facebook and all others supported!
This needs xposed installed on your device.
For Xposed goto this link

Thanks for feedback!
The fisrt , u check all the permission that necessary for the application.
Next, u use CPU-z app to test proximity and accelerometer sensor.
I think it's sensor issue! plz check then give me results.

In the accelerpmeter sensor, when u moved phone, x, y, z values must changed:
- Place phone in vertical state, y must about g = 9.81
- Place phone face up on plane, z must about g = 9.81.
...
In the proximity sensor, when u used hand to hide sensor, value must equal zero and u moved hand from sensor, that value must equal 100.
How do ur phone work?
U open the main Settings app.
Go to Apps or Application Manager (depending on your device, this may look different).
Touch app Gesture answer call.
Touch Permissions.
U need turn on all permission on this.
Oh, the app works only with normal call (GSM call), not working with messenger, whatapp...

Yes, I know. Normally , value of proximity sensor will equal 0 if u hide it but equal 3. So app not working. I will check on a phone that resemble ur phone.
Do u give me ur email. I will send a apk file, it's specifically building that suitable for your phone!
Thank you very much!

a few questions for you:
does, using the share function within the app, the text you write appear on your PC?
- if not -
did you allow the extension to run in the background?
do you see your device name when clicking the extension button on your browser?

Thanks, then the connection is working but the phone is not giving notification informations to the app. Are you using other apps having notification access? Did you check the box next to the app you want to mirror or alternatively the invert box?

That's why then. Lightflow uses a destructive way to handle notifications so when it is done data is no longer available for mirrordrin to use. You must disable it if you want to use mirrordrin

the approach they choose has that effect, sadly.
