I have been looking all over for a soft (Rubber/Silicone) Case for the moto x 2014. I cannot find any. By the soft rubber ones, I mean the floppy super soft, non-TPU style silicone ones. If anyone can give me a lead, it would be appreciated.

I got this case. I had it for my 2013 Moto X and liked it. Adds the option of using the band for workouts. In the pictures it doesn't look like soft silicone but it is.
Is reminiscent of the older Otterbox iPhone cases that were the soft silicone. It's the only soft case like this I've found.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00N3VHH7M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
There are some two layer soft silicon ones but they have a harder outside shell like otter box cases. You will find them on amazon and ebay for around $10. I do miss the soft silicon ones for work duty mostly. I drive a work van and with silicon the cases would grip great on my metal file cabinet I have in the center front cabin area, the TPU cases slide too easily.
The one I linked to is all soft silicone. Kind of like the old silicone otterbox cases.

Today I just picked up a mint condition Moto X 2014, customized on top of customized. Black face with black front accents and a bamboo back with a silver frame and silver rear accents. I couldn't ask for a better color combination. Now I'm having trouble picking out a case. Of course I want the bamboo to show, but I also want to keep the metal from getting dinged up. And even more so, I want to protect the glass edges on the front. I'd like to get a bumper, but Hula is the only backless rubber bumper I've found. Unfortunately, nobody has them in black at the moment, and I don't like the colors that are currently available. I also don't like the look of the 100% clear rubber cases on a black face.
So, has anybody tried one of the metal bumpers found all over eBay? I like the look but I'm concerned that a metal bumper on the metal frame would cause scratches. Or even worse, if the metal bumper were to abrade against the wood back there could be scratches or gouges in the finish. Any experience or opinions here?
Also, does anybody know of a rubber bumper case with an open back besides the Hula? Or even better, a rubber case that has black edges and a full clear back? I'll probably end up getting a Supcase Unicorn Beetle for now because that's as close as I can find. But the back of the Supcase is opaque, not fully clear, and it has colored grip areas that intrude into the wood space on the sides of the back. I looked at the Poetic Affinity, but that looks too industrial for me. Especially when compared to the seriously awesome look of the naked Moto. I know I probably sound absurdly picky, but we're talking about a phone where one of it's most touted features is the ability to customize it, right?
Oh, and I tried to search the Accessories forum, but the search bar seems to be missing on my screen. So I spent the last 4 hours manually searching through the threads here and cross-referencing them with Google. If anybody has any ideas, suggestions or input, I'd be very happy to hear it. Especially if it involves customizing of accessories.

I have the same color combination on my phone.
I have the SUPCASE, black surround with frosted back. The actual frosting on mine is very slight, almost perfectly clear.
I also found this case on Amazon which might fit your needs:
http://www.amazon.com/Moto-Case-Pro..._UL160_SR160,160_&refRID=19ZQH1HS8H411V2A8573
I am currently using a Case-mate Gelli Case for Moto X. Same as this case sold through the Motorola store but I bought it through Ebay for much less:
http://www.motorola.com/us/consumers/cases-FLEXR2/
I like this case a little better than the other because it fits in my holster better and just feel better in my hand but it does not offer the same level of protection as the others.

This one appears to have a black edge with a clear back which would be PERFECT if I could find it for sale anywhere. The Motorola site doesn't have any, the Case-mate site doesn't even list the Gelli series for our phone, and there's none to be found on eBay or Amazon. If you, or anyone else knows where I can get one, I'd be extraordinarily thankful. Or perhaps if someone on here has one to sell, I'm all ears.
One of my favorite things about my Sony Xperia Z3 over the last couple of years has been the Case-Mate Tough Case I've had on it. I drop my phone pretty regularly, and that thing holds up to whatever I throw at it (or, I guess, whatever I throw it at). In addition to being a nice protective dual-layer case, it's also really grippy with a nice texture - I've never had a phone that felt so secure in the hand.
I've been looking for a similar case for the Moto X Pure, but I can't seem to find one; most of the cases I've seen that have a decent protective frame around the edges take themselves out of the running for me with a smooth back (often for the sake of transparency, to show off the custom phone), and the one case I found with a nice texture was a Nillkin skin that doesn't protect the sides and has no lip to raise the screen off a desk.
Anyone have any recommendations for a good case that's durable and protects against drops, and also helps make this giant of a phone feel a little more secure in the hand? (I have been looking at the Incipio Dualpro but haven't gotten a chance to see one in person yet so have no idea what the texture is like.)
I actually like the otterbox defender as it has excellent grip. But it is bulky so it may not be on par with what you are looking for. I like the bulk though as it is perfect for my hand size and maintaining firm control of my phone. The silicone has a textured/ribbed back that is nice.

I have the Supcase Beetle -
http://www.amazon.com/SUPCASE-Unicorn-Premium-Protective-Motorola/dp/B0154AQ3QK/
Very good protection, frosted back so you can see the colour/design of your phone. Thick rubber around the sides for grip and protection. The two raised ridges on the back reduce the side to side rocking a bit, which is an issue on our curved backs. Not too expensive. I would recommend considering it.
I have the same problem. I bought the Diztronic Case as well as the Incipio octane.
The octane is surprisingly good looking. It has a frosted back but somehow.. it feels kinda grippy. I can't explain it. It's hard plastic.. but it is gripper than the naked rubber back. It's weird.
The octane is also grippier around the edges (softer TPU) than the diztronic. It's also a little thicker. (enough to be noticeable). BUT the buttons are hard to press (I think I might can fix that but I have yet to work up the nerve to take a razor to my $20 case). The biggest problem here is that the headphone cutout isn't big enough for my ATH-M50s or my AUX cord.... so... yeah. Another thing that could possibly be fixed once I figure out the best way to go about it.
Now, for the Diztronic: This is seriously the best built case I've ever seen for a phone. It fits perfectly. It barely adds any bulk to the phone. I can't speak for the MXP (haven't dropped it yet) but I have carried three phones in diztronic cases and nothing has happened to any of them. There's an attention to detail with Diztronic that you don't get with a lot of other cases. The button cutouts for this case are unlike any case I've ever seen. It's still easy to press the buttons and the buttons stick out from the case the same length that the actual buttons stick out from the phone. It feels like you're pressing the actual buttons. You'll have no problem fitting any headphone cord into this case. The ONLY thing I don't like about this case is that it actually does not add a lot of grip, but overall, its my favorite. I highly recommend it.
Edit: I don't have it but the Incipio dualpro is probably good. It'll add more bulk though.
I'm a fan of the SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Pro with the holster clip and built-in screen protector. It has held up very well against abuse and saved my MXPE a number of times. Of course you don't need to use the holster, but it does help to protect the screen, especially in a gym bag or whatever. Here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/SUPCASE-Holster-Motorola-Protective-Protector/dp/B0153T7TSI
I have had mine in a Supcase unicorn beetle (with the frosted back) since september 30th, dropped numerous times, easy to put in pocket.
If I needed a holster I'd go with the Supcase heavy duty.
Supcase Unicorn Beetle is perfect
I like the SUPCASE beetle, but like there dustproof/"water resistant " version with interchangeable back plates better

I highly recommend the Case Mate Tough Frame bumper for the MXPE. Perfect fit. Ridged power button on the bumper.
Part 2 of 2
I definitely agree about with you about the Diztronic case. The buttons are actually easier to use with the case on than without it. As far as the grip goes, at first I noticed it being a little slippery. However, I have gotten used to it.

One of the best fa sure... Looking for a replacement.. Any other similar quality cases out there?
Recently, I bought this case from Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0762F2T19/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's fine, but a bit slippery. My old Motorola RAZR M had a case that was very soft silicone with a clip on hard plastic back that protected the phone VERY well over the last 5 years of use. It also didn't slip out of my shirt pocket.
It had a nice fat lip on the front so you could place the phone face down without harming the glass.
See attached photos.
Does this type of case even exist for the PH-1? Even the Tudia case I have in a softer more "grippy" silicone would be better.

Thnaks for the tip, but still not what I'm looking for. The one for my Razr M (look at the pictures) was a very soft silicone rubber case with a hard plastic "claw" that clamped around the back and a bit of the sides. Worked great.

Rick, I know exactly what type of case you're looking for, as I've been searching all over for one as well. You're not alone. Your photos and description of your Moto case look similar to the Ballistic brand case I had on my Samsung Galaxy S2 that protected it so well, that when I took it off last month after 6 years of daily use, the S2 still appeared brand new. Upgrading from the Galaxy S2 to an Essential PH-1 was quite a jump, and I was hoping to have that same level of protection, but alas I cannot find it either.
Hopefully Ballistic or Tudia will step up eventually and offer bulkier, thicker-built rubber and hard-wrapped cases for the PH-1 for use in more rugged environments. I have the Tudia TAMM case, but it feels too thin and flimsy for any kind of real protection from the types of environments that I work and play in. For now, it is better than nothing.
ApptMtneer,
You are SO correct! My RAZR M still looks new after almost 6 years of daily, in the shirt pocket) use. I really hope that one of these comes out. They tend to be relatively inexpensive as well. I bought two for my RAZR M (just in case!) and still have a brand new on in the packaging.
If you see one, let me know. i will do the same.

I just want a cheap, thin, phone-style case that covers the back and sides of the tablet so it doesn't get scratched when I set it down, and so it doesn't slide off things so easily. All I can find are big bumper "kid friendly" cases, or folio cases with the flip cover. I found a thin TPU case for the 2015 HD10, but that tablet is thinner, so I'm not sure if the case will fit the newer version. I can't be the only one looking for this...

Not sure where you're located, or if the store exist there, but try Rite Aid. Yes the drug store. I happened to see one there that fit 8-10inch tablets. It looked pretty decent, but I am partial to the folio-style case. I don't see it on their website, bu it was located in office supplies.

The V30 will fit with exception that the cameras on V35 are a bit lower than on V30 so the V35 cameras will not be alligned correctly with a case.

I have one and I don't really recommend it. The fit is not that tight and it's a bit slippery. I have the Ringke Fusion and maybe not the prettiest but it fits perfectly and the protection is amazing. Have dropped my phone several time and it doesn't have a scratch.
I use the Ringke Fusion as well. It seemed better than a lot of the other ones specifically for the V35 in terms of protection. It's just ok though, I don't feel great about it's durability or look, but the fingerprint/camera cutouts are good.
Ringke Fusion is by far the best case for the v35 phone. Slim, Protective, and stylish.
The best case for the v35, in my opinion, is the TUDIA Merge LG V35 ThinQ Case. It's thin, unobtrusive, and it fits the camera properly.
The best case I've seen for the V35 is the Speck Presidio Grip. They only come in black for the V35 but the fit and feel is great.

LG V35 cases from Korea.
I just bought 2 clear TPU cases from Korea, from GMarket Global.
I got these 2, http://item2.gmarket.co.kr/English/detailview/item.aspx?goodscode=1487736543 and http://item2.gmarket.co.kr/English/detailview/item.aspx?goodscode=1513004214. Including international shipping from Korea to the US, it cost $20 or about $10 per case. They fit like a glove, including the camera opening that is correctly lined up. Tight fit and before anyone asks, they do not have a "lip" on the front to protect the screen when laying screen down. I bought a cheap tempered glass screen protector for that.
There are other LG V35 cases if you want, but I just wanted a simple clear TPU case.
Custom Leather Case for LG V35
Hello all,
After months of searching, I turned to naver.com to search for a leather case for the V35, hoping that I would have better luck using the Korean search engine. I found a custom shop in Seoul called An's Leather that has them available. Total cost for me with expedited international shipping was $49.11.
I'm too new here to be able to post links, but if you go to naver.com and search for "lg v35 leather case ansleather" you'll get 3 results, all of which show different versions of the case.
He even has 7 colors available and will stamp something in English on it if you tell him when you initially order, I was unfortunately too late in asking.
To order, you have to use KakaoTalk and message username ddajo76. He sent me a link via email to pay via credit card.
I was a little skeptical to order this way, so I waited until I received my case before I posted here. I would compare the quality of this case to be similar to an iPhone leather case.
My Fav case
The Supcase Unicorn Beetle. It's for the V30 but while the cam sits a bit low, its completely serviceable. I bought 3!
Sorry I'm new and can't post a link, but you can find it on amazon and a few other places. $9.99 or less!
It's PC and TPU molded together. Perfect for me!

I second what oregutan25 said. I really like the TUDIA Merge case for the lg v35. It is made for the v35 only, so everything line up properly. Don't get their other cases, it's not made specifically for the v35. What I really like about the case is that the volume button still functions properly(still have the tactile feedback), so you don't have to press extra hard to adjust the volume. I've really grown to like the dual layer design. TPU (flexible) plastic wraps around the phone and a hard (polycarbonate) plastic covers just the back. I use a magnetic mount in the car, so I just slip the thin piece of metal between the tpu and polycarbonate cover. Keeps the metal piece in place and from scratching the back of the phone. I have yet to drop the phone, but I feel like there is enough of a lip around the front to protect the screen there as well.

I have the OtterBox commuter case.other than a co-worker dropping it in the gravel and cracking the screen from a direct hit from a rock. It has survived many falls even on the screen side without any damage.
