Using Framaroot wanted to root my galaxy core... but it freeze every time when I choose "Gandalf" Exploit... When I choose Aragorn It says Failed choose another exploit.....
Earlier I have used Framaroot & unrooted also that time there was no problem... Please HElp..

It claims to successfully root your device.

After Framaroot I have tried "kingoroot" ... my phone entered into boot loop.. Samsung has not help me with that issue one of my friend help me by installing original ROM who works in Samsung care . So, I am in confused whether to do it with PC or not.. Will this Vroot (iroot) safe to root my phone????? Before kingoroot Framaroot freeze.. After original ROM Framaroot also freezing... So i am confused!!!!!!!!!!!

nothing i installed its fresh not even rooted but hav root genuin app and also the key compination of vol + vol- menu power is not working

but whenever i try to root it using Framaroot, framaroot crashes and says failed.

Which "root access" in dev options do you mean?
You can use one of the root checker apps from Play store to check if your phone was successfully rooted.
If not, you can find good rooting guides for your device here: [Root whit Knox] - New Guide - Root S4 Mini I9195 - (Knox Warranty Void: 0x1), and here: [RECOVERY][ROOT] Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini LTE (GT-I9195).

IMO easiest way to root it is to flash CF-AutoRoot from Chainfire like described here: [CF-ROOT][SM-G7102][4.3] Root Galaxy Grand 2.

Hey i got a problem whit my galaxy s4 root bij odin (supersu) after rooting device and youse it i can't downloading anymore from normal browsers only on google play i try it whit 3 divrent browsers but nothing works it says everytime iff i try to download somthing (download fails) pleaze can somboddy help me?
