[REQUEST] Moto X Boot Logos - Moto X Themes and Apps

So I have seen plenty of threads with many great boot logos created, however I have not seen any posts with a simple white Moto logo on a black background (without additional text such as "Powered by Android"). Those are great but if somebody would be able to create that white "M" logo on a black background (and if it's easy enough, the 4 attached), that would be really awesome. I've attempted this myself to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Images attached.

This should make it very easy. Just run it and then change the "unlocked" image to one of the ones you mentioned, and then just save/export. It even makes them into flashable .zips!

Has anyone been able to extract first boot sceen?

The bootscreen in our devices is made of 3 pieces:
1st is an image (usually the HTC logo)
2nd is the welcomehead.192
3rd is an image/animation (usually the carrier animated logo)
I know it is possible to change the last two, but what about the fist one?
Has anyone been able to extract it?
If so can you share?
I would like to use it as a starting point of my animation so the transition is not too abrupt.
Thank y'all
Do you have a GSM or CDMA Touch Pro 2?
edit: Well, I suppose it doesn't matter. I've just extracted the generic TP2 1st boot and packaged it up. This won't require a hard reset either, so no worries.
Thanks TaurusBulba.
CDMA. that's my TP2.
And now brace yourself for a stupid one...
I'm actually after the image itself, so I can add to my animated GIF.
Any chance of that? or maybe the way to get it from the pack you created?

Google Logo Widget (Hi!Google)

Check the 4th post of the thread
Old:
Hello,
since Google uses an other logo for most 'special' days I would like to have an widget which shows the logo of the actual day. Maybe with options for different sizes like 4x2, 4x1, 3x2 and other.
Location based logos are definatly needed because Google uses a logo for each country afaik.
Someone interested creating this? Or does someone knows good widget tutorials?
xpk.
I don't think the URL is fixed/constant. The widget would need to get the html for www.google.com and then extract the image url from that.
An archive is stored here:
http://www.google.com/logos/index.html
Formel-LMS showed me a widget called "Hi!Google" which actually does exactly what I want!
I contacted the dev because of one bug and he immediatly fixed it.
The only problem is that he can't make the Widget show the logo for different countries.
I mean it only shows the .com Logo and not .de, .fr, .co.uk, .hellyouknowwhatImean

Looks pretty cool. A search box and transparency would make it great

[Q] [Request] Modified stock boot

I know I'm in the minority here, but I actually like the stock boot screens (quietly brilliant/rethink possible), but I'd like them in black instead of white background. can anyone help me with this?

if you post the zip here Ill change the color for you, and put it in my boot animation thread. I don't have a copy of the stock boot animation though.
here is the black boot animation (quitely brilliant), this is flash-able through cwm. I recommend an nandroid back up first.

Awesome, Attached!
I think what I posted above is what you wanted. If so I beat you to the punch .
I was actually looking for the "Rethink Possible" one, but I really like the HTC, I may use that instead
has anyone found a way to replace the bootsplash? I know it was pretty difficult on the Captivate.
I'll work on the one. It will be a little harder, I would rather use a vector program to make it but that is going to take a while to do. The problem I run into when editing stuff like this is interpolation with the pixels and it ends up looking digitized. Ill give it a shot. Yes you have to push it through abd.

[Q] Google Splash and Boot Screen?

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had a flashable zip for the sensation that replaced the original HTC splash screen. Also, if you has the 'Google Gears' bootscreen, If you don't would you be able to make one? thanks in advance... posting pics below.

Google Bootscreen
You can easily make the splash screen using the image you already have. And it doesn't need to be flashed using a .zip in bootloader. It can be done right from Terminal Emulator.
See here for details on how to make the Splash screen yourself and how to flash it easily.

As for the google gears, I'm pretty sure it's available. Look in the Development forum and search for a boot animation thread. Search that thread for the animation you are looking for.

you can use bootflash pro 3 apk to make any boot flash screen
Thanks I'm going to try and do that although I've searched to forums endlessly for the boot screen

Boot animtaions are pretty non toxic. You can try one designed for another device and depending on how the horizontal width is set up on the animation files, it might work fine for the Sensation. So if you can find it elsewhere and not specifically formatted for a 960 bz 540 screen, you might get lucky.
Worst case for the animation is that you put one on that doesn't work and you'll just see the stock ANDROID animation. You won't hurt the phone or anything.

Splash Screen

I made a new splash screen for the htc one sv. It is the screen you see when you first turn on your phone now you can change it.
Just put it on the root of your sd card and boot into HBOOT it will find it and ask if you want to install it.
For awesome instructions and more info on how to do this check out old.splatterhand's guide here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2212152
WARNING!!!
As with any modifying of system files anything can go wrong!!! Make a FULL BACKUP before using this. It does work for me and have been using it for a month with no problems. But i hold no responsibility if your phone bricks from this, your doing it at your own risk. So please know what you are doing and if you need help ask before not after you bricked your phone.
Change the boring splash screen with this one.

Thank you. I looked thru your index that you made (very well laid out have it booked marked) but i did not see the the original splash screen listed anywhere. Maybe i over looked it. But maybe you can grab it from the phone, i would of but couldn't figure out how to, so i just overwritten mine, would be nice in case some one wants to reinstall it for warranty purposes. I looked for hours to find the ADB code to save it but couldn't so i gave up on it and just bit the bullet and overwritten it.
