Is AndroidNow HD ever going to come to D850? - AT&T LG G3

It seems like a highly customizable stock rom, and it's currently using lollipop. So is there any way we can get in on that?

Maybe the ask the developer?

I tried asking, and didn't get a reply.

Literally take the ROM and slap a D850 Lollipop kernel on it.
Of course, if we had one...

Stock 4.2.2?

Any chance we can get a Completely Stock 4.2.2 rom, with the new camera, and live wallpaper implemented into them? http://www.mediafire.com/download/k3i4qza1cm4pcnv/Googleeditioncamera.apk

Well, would be semi-easily done with the 4.1.2 stock ROM.
Getting 4.2.2... unlikely.

That would be OK with me, those work well with it, I'm using it on the stock rom now. The Camera takes pictures INSTANTLY!

Oh, I'm building Evervolv... Probably about the closest you're going to come to pure stock.
There's definitely some issues that I'm going to have to somewhat painfully sort out - the razrqcom team did a fantastic job on CM, so any CM based ROM is a cinch...

Port international lollipop?

Just out of curiosity would it be possible to port over the international version of lollipop?
not without a kernel for our variant

The AOSP based CM12 will probably work better than the actual lollipop update. I'm running it on my G3 and it works great. It's like using a mini Nexus 6. I don't use my G3 and much as my Nexus but having the ui be the same is always nice.

I do miss the camera app that LG has but even with google camera it works great.
Its okay. Not the best. The camera seems better on the proper firmware.. The why I was hoping we could port it.. But doesn't look possible since it relys on LGs code.

Any L kernels for D850?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any lollipop Lg kernels for stock based roms. I haven't seen any and I'm wondering why we have no kernel developers for this device.
No

If nobody is working on a kernel do you think that asking an international dev to include D850 support is the best route? I feel like this phone Keeps up with the "flsgships" from sam and Apple but has some kernel based issues.
Or maybe I'm crazy and its LG's UI
Lol the g3 is a flagship.... Go flash a custom ROM.

Any optimized 4.4.4 Stock ROM's available for this phone?

Just got it, I dislike 5.0 and want to stay on KitKat, and like the cleaned up, optimized stock ROM;s they have for the XT1032/1033. Is there such a thing for the X1045?
No, your best bet is cm 11.
Sent from my Moto G 4G LTE (XT1045) Retail US variant

i used slimkat and saber mod on KK xt1040.
both great, super fast roms but slimkat was INCREDIBLE, specially with ram management.
worth the try.

@emkorial i think our friend @J4mps just gave you the best KK offer in our devices.
Later if you try post how you feel with this ROM as Lollipop can be a deception to many users.

Thanks, but I'm a fan of stock, just cleaned up stock. I'm not really into any of the SlimKat "features". Appreciate the response though

I want to go back to stock to and I am an old fan of Slim Builds. This ram management, is that a extra download? Is there any kernel that I should flash aswell?

Nope! Just flash the rom! it's already optimized.
@emkorial then you should try saber mod KK or CM11. closest stock experience.
i'm patiently waiting to try an official lollipop Slim rom. looks like it will take a while.. but the 5.1.1 roms we have availiable are great (using saber mod right know) but suffer from some issues that google is yet to solve, which makes stable roms like slimkat a better experience, indeed.
i used PAC MAN... http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/4g-development/rom-pac-rom-kk-t2999543
It's a shame that have not update anymore...but rocks in all sense.
Cheers!

You lose some of the stock features like quick memo and slide aside, but I think it's worth it for the improved UI (cleaner/less cluttered) and performance. Double tap to wake and sleep still works. Cm also has better themes that can change boot animation, on screen buttons, etc.

Yeah, you need to use gapps that match the Android version of the ROM. I suggest 5.1 open gapps. I can't post links yet. You can find the open gapps by searching for CyanogenMod gapps.

Any special requirement needs to be taken care off before flashing this CM ROM?
I've seen many people reported issue when coming from other versions of ROM or other ROMs.
custom recovery version? bootload version? bootcode or whatever it might be?
