TWRP 2.8.2.0 Touch for MMX Unite 2
Team Win Recovery Project 2.x, or twrp2 for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. Its a fully touch driven user interface no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.
CHANGELOG for 2.8.2.0:
-Pull in all changes from Android 5.0 lollipop into TWRP
-Add decrypt support for Android 5.0 lollipop encrypted partitions including automatic decrypt when the default_password is in use
-Revert some changes to exFAT that were breaking exFAT support on some devices
-Other minor fixes and updates
- MTP supported while you are in recovery ( Cool feature isn't it )
Note: At this time we do not have a GUI representation for pattern unlock. You can still decrypt patterns though by translating the pattern dots to numbers. The pattern dots correspond to numbers in the following pattern:

So an upper-case L would translate to a password of 14789 entered on the keyboard. Eventually we plan to add a proper pattern unlock to TWRP but it is a relatively low priority at this point

Instruction:
1.Firstly download your Latest Carliv Touch Recovery img from the above Link
2.Place Downloaded Recovery Image into Your SD Card in root directory.
3.Now Download and Install Mobile Uncle Tools from Play Store from Play Store in your device.
4.Now open Mobile Uncle Tools Application and Click on Recovery Update Option.
5.Now Click on Recovery Image and Click OK

Latest twrp recovery
Please I need twrp recovery.img file for Micromax unite 2 [A106] I have tried all file in XDA-threads none of them were working. My mobile is running on Lollipop (5.0) Os, please send me latest version of twrp recovery for unite 2. And also Instructions for flashing or installing of that file on my phone [with pc/without pc].

This is Carliv Touch Recovery ported to Alcatel One Touch S'Pop.
Features
It is a CWM based recovery and is compatible with it. In this version I used Napstar-xda's full touch module as base. The navigation it is posible by touching the menu item. In long display menu (as choose zip from sdcard) for scroll page down Swipe Right and for scroll page up Swipe Left. For Go Back also Swipe Left.
If the Swipe doesn't work (usually if your phone is multitouch but has only 2 points of touch), use bottom virtual navigation keys or volume buttons Down for Scroll down, Up for Scroll up, and the back button for Go Back.

- rebuilt from base (cwm 6.0.3.7) and add improvements on top.
- reintegrated bottom virtual navigation keys, to compensate the non-function of swipe in some phones
- better compressed backups integration - pigz support from cm-11
- new "nvram backup/restore" menu functionality: the nvram partition will be backed up in clockworkmod/backup/.nvram/nvram-xxxxx folder as nvram.img. This will help if you lose IMEI and other communication features. It will work only if you have the nvram partition defined in recovery.fstab. If the nvram partition is damaged (as in flashing an oversized recovery) this will not help you, and you need SPFlashTools to reflash with format your phone official firmware, and after that flash this recovery, boot in recovery and restore nvram.
- the recovery has now an increased stability, many issues are solved
- the content of the backup folder will contain only what an usual clockworkmod backup contain, and that will make it easy to restore backups made with older versions.
- new GUI images, very light (the difference between non-touch modded cwm and this one is only 14 Kb, for 720x1280 resolution)
- some other changes.

This is kitkat based recovery and has full SELinux support . I don't own this device but ported this recovery on the request of @Kiranveer Singh so device and testing credits goes to him . Test at your own risk . And always have a backup before flashing anything .
NOTE: Don't use this recovery on any other device except above specified device !!!

Download: recovery.img
Installation:
Root your device using Framaroot, and install SuperSU.
Now Install MobileUncle Tools and then give it Superuser Grant
Now, copy recovery.img to root of Internal or SD Card
Simply, go to MobileUncle and choose Recovery Update
Choose recovery.img and Install.
Reboot to Recovery and you will see new Recovery
Enjoy! New custom recovery and flash mods/roms/etc.

Not booting to recovery.
Flashify said that twrp installed but it's not booting.
Blacked lined screen then go to boot into android.

We started from the ground up by taking AOSP recovery and loading it with the standard recovery options, then added a lot of our own features. It's a fully touch driven user interface , no more volume rocker or power buttons to mash. The GUI is also fully XML driven and completely theme-able. You can change just about every aspect of the look and feel.

In addition to the above new features, TWRP features a scripting engine that allows an app to send commands to the recovery for the recovery to perform during startup. We call this scripting engine OpenRecoveryScript. This engine will be put to use immediately in the GooManager app. GooManager will be able to install recoveries automatically for most supported devices. The app will also let you choose to install multiple zips from within Android, wipe, and run a backup.
We are looking for other talented developers, themers, and device maintainers if they are interested in helping with a free, open-source project.

Unlock your bootloader
is there a specific TWRP.zip file I have to flash? because it seems I have to do such a thing in order to reboot into twrp after disconnecting the phone from pc, otherwise it will change to stock recovery
