I want to root my cell phone, yet it has no brand, some new products produced by factory in China. How can I identify the hardware and decide on which rooting program or other process to take. Thank you in advance for the expert advices you are to give

Hey guys,
So I am thinking of porting a custom rom for my MT6572 device which I am sure you have never heard of: QMobile A170. I already have it rooted using Farmaroot 1.9.3 (thankgod for generic tools) and seeing as there are no roms for this specific model out there, was thinking of porting one myself. So here are my queries.
1. Which ROM do you suggest I port (in terms of features, ui, stability and chance of success etc)? Where can I find an android 4.4+ rom? I only found one but it has an annoying dev picture everywhere: droidbuzzz.blogspot(dot)com/2014/10/mt6572-custom-rom-pure-l-custom-rom-for(dot)html
2. Which porting guide do i follow for MT6572 porting? there are alot of guides out there, and more alarmingly, with different steps and procedures.

3. Should I use a porting tool or something?
4 Any tips, wise words etc?

Hello, I hope you can help me with this problem... well I have donde everything to root my cellphone with Purple Drake and it almost works, but at the end it always shows a message telling me that my phone doesn't have a compatible version. So, it tells me that I must post the model, the carrier and the SW version for you to take a look at it. I really need to root my phone as I'm having several troubles with the memory card.
My model is: LGMS323
The carrier is: MPCS
The SW version is: V10c

Well, it's me, but I have just created an account. Actually, the problem is that my cell phone is not "vulnerable", at least that's what Purple Drake shows when I try to root it, anyway, tanks for trying to help me, I'll keep looking for answers. Happy new year.

Hello i am new to all of this and am trying to learn how to research or if there is a book that could help me, i am trying to learn how to use cdma workshop. I saved all myy money working at a used cell store to open my own, i am a single mom. The only reason i mentioned that is because i have spent about 86 hours just this past 5 days trying to figure out.

I saw another question on this with 0 discussion, just a "Thanks for coming *CLOSED*" on it.
I have a ZTE speed, and I want to root it, and ultimately put another ROM on the POS. I've tried all sorts of methods. Can someone suggest how to do it, or a comparable phone (Such as the Desire/Inspire were almost identical) that I can use for rooting?

I am just learning about all of this stuff and am doing a lot of research before I just dive off the deep end with this whole rooting thing. There are lots of things I would like to do and I get the response "not available not ROOTED." Is there any help for this and how. I am trying to learn Linux and commanding prompts so most things look foreign at this time. So all the command prompting in these forums I'm not sure what to do with just yet. I still have training pants on and need forums for dummies please.
