Hi chaps hope your all well...first time on a forum and not sure if i'm in the right place...please could someone help...i bought a xiomi mi 4 a week ago...everything works great...i installed google play ok but it wont open...it's as if it is starting to open for a second then closes...something blocking it perhaps? i see there are various settings but i tried altering them to no avail..maybe i missed something...please can someone point me in the right direstion...kev...sunderland...england...thankyou ^__^

what version of MUIU are you running? I had the same issue on 12.12 when i installed play store the first time. After deleting google framework services and play store and reinstalling it, for some strange reason everything worked fine. So just give it a try.

I saw that the market widget was constantly trying to update and nothing. There may just be something going down @ Google.
I'm on an Incredible, and I too am having problems. Attempt to sync produces complaint about not connecting, asks to "check interncet connection".

could anyone with AppMonster or so please back up the newest (1.8.1) FREE (else I wouldn´t even ask of course!) version of Netflix?
Reason I can´t pull it from Market/Play is because my Nexus isn´t rooted - and I really don´t wanna root it just for this one stupid geo-****ed app!- and I cannot for the life of my find ANY reliable source for an APK on the net that doesn´t just redirect me to Google Play...
... which won´t let me download Netflix because my device is registered in Germany >_<
I have Netflix up and running on my PC and want to install it on my phone so I can watch it while I´m on vacation next week (got WiFi in the hotel, but not taking my Laptop with me)... and just so it WORKS.

not really exactly what I wanted/needed, but the (modded) apk here for v1.8.0 for the Galaxy Note works for me:

but I´d still really love a 1.8.1, unmodded, stock APK of the Netflix App (compatible with the Nexus)... I also think it would be better kept here than in the Galaxy Note subforum

I have an older Nook Color running CyanogenMod. My previous workaround for Netflix stopped working. I googled and found this. And this works perfectly! Thanks so much for leaving or possibly even forgetting that apk in your drop box, I'm super pleased to be able to watch Netflix on tablet again.

I searched the web for a way to install Google Play Store on my girlfriends tablet, a Lenco TAB711.
There is not much info about this on the web and the topics I found on this forum also does not give a clear answer.

And I was wondering if someone did actualy tried it, does it work ?
Also, if it doesn't.... are there Custom Roms for this device ? like I said there is not much on the web about Lenco devices.

Tried several versions of Google Play Store now, version 3.7.15 is finally installing and I can open the store. But as soon as I start downloading something from the store is closes down. I need to delete the cache to get it working again, but still cannot download.
If someone plz can help me out, what am I doing wrong ? should I try the fix I posted yesterday ?
I'm afraid I will break something
No one who can explain what that fix does or knows where I can find another rom for this device ?

I just tried the update and it worked, all Google stuff like Play Store, Maps etc etc is working now :good:
So now if someone else is going to ask this question, you guys have actually some aswers.
To bad I had to find out myself, my friend said the peeps at XDA are very helpful and I had to reg here to ask my question. I'm a little sad no one did help or did answer my questions.

Ok. well, i´m posting this thread, and i don´t know if here is the right place to post it, but the the forum is so huge that i will give it a try.
i have this problem on my rockchip tablet android that a message is always poping up say, unfortunately, google play services has stopped. know, i may have cause this because i used an app called freedom, you might have heard of it, and what i did was, well i don´t quite remember this well, but i think it goes like this: i made a factory reset or i think i reboot my device with freedom started and then i think the message starting showed up. know, i saw in some places that this is an error and might cause the trouble.
well, i beg for help because this error is very, very annoying and tried everything i looked for, tutorials and stuff like that all across the net and nothing worked. i am know trying here in xda because xda are the best place to look for the solution of this problem because you guys are really great and know a lot about the issue. i don´t know if this is relevant but for example, with a version of play services lower that the actual it seem to work.

Hello evryone i have a big problem with my ytv, im trying to fix it for about 3 days s-o lets start,
IT wount let me login when i enter în my yt account after i press "i agree" to terms it stuks and wount let me add my account. I tryed different micro g, original and the new one, i have given all the permission tryed like 10 different vanced apk and still wount work s-o that s why i im here asking for your help guys. I gonna leave a screenshot to see exactly whats going on. Thank anticipated.
