Hi, I just rooted my Samsung Galaxy S2 using the Kernel on this forum
which was I9100-XXKG2 Lulz's.
After 10 mins of explorering system folder using root explorer, I realized I have deleted something that I shouldn't have
Basically I replaced Camera.apk file with the apk file from other ROM I guess, and it's no longer functionable
and I deleted ClockPackage file because I thought it was one of those clock widgets.
My baseband is I9100MUGKG2
My Kernel is 2.6.35.7-Lulz-Kernel-Build-11-for-I9100-XXKG2
My Build number is GINGERBREAD.UGKG2
It's from Bell Canada by the way.
Please help a poor newbie android user.. QQ
Found for the clock
this is the link for the clock package

I'm posting this here and in QnA because I don't know where this thread fits..

Well, based on some logcats and the help of my friend @Repulsa. I was able to enter the settings of this keyboard, but I wasn't able to make it work at all, it just crashes when you try to write something but you can enter to its settings. It's a little strange.
Well, here's the Samsung International Keyboard from the s5 european dumps.
It let you make some configs
It lets you install and update languages, but sometimes it crashes.
If you can update the default languages, it'll let you install new ones... a kind of weird I guess.
Here's the link, the files are ODEXED but you can deodex and the deodexed result will work on odexed roms, I tell you this because I have the deodexed Note 3 keyboard working on my odex stock rom (yes, the keyboard with f*king awesome emojis enabled)
Well, if you can help me, I'll love you so hardcore.

Aaaaand!!!! Some awesome logcats for my beloved devs. (see attached files)
NOTE: I tried erasing the odex file and yes, it's still crashing like a little bi*chy buggy app
Good luck
Hello!!!
Recently I've installed dual boot on my phone, and this faced me:
The dual boot manager app has an option to reboot to specific ROMs using a homescreen shortcut, BUT the shortcut can only be created through the app. That means i cannot see it in the widgets page of any launcher, or the shortcuts.
I tried to see if there's a certain activity I can launch to change the ROM and failed.
I also tried to see if I can mimic the shortcut, but then saw it doesn't just change a little thing, but changes a whole file of 5mb and makes specific text changes I cannot mimic.
This is where my question comes in - is it possible for me to make start this shortcut via tasker or anything of the kind, withought simulating taps on the homescreen oe wherever?

I am using the Galaxy S5 SM-G900F running CyanogenMod 13 as the primary ROM and AICP (MM) as the secondary ROM.
I am using the dual boot app found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2447534
Although at a first glance the thread seems to deal only with the galaxy s4, upon opening the app you see there are quite a few devices supported - including the galaxy s5.

Hi Benrap
Thank you for the prompt answer
Indeed that was my first thought as the APP OP states only supporting S4 devices but, as you say so ...
I would suggest you to post your inquire into that thread as it seems the most appropriate place for it
[PATCHER][APP] Dual boot any ROM on all Galaxy S4 variants!

I accidentally uninstalled the Samsung weather widgets on my rooted galaxy s6 running official android 7 via Titanium Backup while debloating my device - silly me. Now I cannot see them in the widgets menu - neither weather widget nor weather and clock widget (there were 2 of them in the widgets page)
Can some kind fellow with S6 (SM-G920I/compatible device) share the apks of weather widget apk and weather apk from system/app folder in your device so I may be able to use the weather widget again, I have TWRP so a flashable zip would also be quite helpful...
I searched on XDA but I wasn't able to locate the apks and the closest solution I came to was to flash the ROM again to restore the widgets, but that's too much of an unnecessary task.
I hope that someone out there will be able to help me from the unnecessary hassle of a full reflash...
Kindly provide above files for S6 device running on Android Nougat.
Please help guys!
