Hey guys. My phone has the following problem. Sometimes if I play games or watch movies, so if I do stuff that is hard for the CPU, my Galax s3 breaks up, that means it shuts down all programs. For example I play a game, Suddenly the game shuts down and all other background programs, the phone lags. I have to restart.
Is that sudden death? How can I fix this problems. I already wiped everything and. I have archi droid installed android 4.4 cyanogenmod. Thanks in advance.

I am having issues with my phone resetting itself. It doesn't happen any time other than while playing more graphic-intensive games. Mostly this happens with RPG-type games, but also with some of the fancier tower defense games and even Bejeweled 2. About 10-20 minutes into a game it will suddenly freeze for a few seconds, then reset back to the CyanogenMod logo and start up again.
I am running CM 7.1.0 stable and no custom kernel. This has been a issue for a long time and I had the same problem on previous versions of CM with various kernels. I have even RUU'd back to stock, re-rooted and loaded everything up again to no avail.
Any suggestions or help? Thanks guys.
Hey guys im having problems with my galaxy player 5.0 like when i try to play games like shadowgun, mass effect, nova 3, dead trigger, and dead space my galaxy player freezes for a long and i had to turn it off and turn it on again once i launch to these games i mentioned it plays normal its not rooted or overclocked its running a stock rom 2.3.5 plus when it boots up i see the samsung logo then it goes black for like 5 minutes is this normal.
Hi i'm a new Asus transformer infinity user . I've noticed that sometimes (not so often) when i run games they crash after loading and i need to restart the device to get them working. When i first noticed it was when i started Dark Meadow to show the graphics to my friends it just came up a white screen that started flashing rly fast. Next time was when i started gta 3. It just crashed every time it had loaded fully. It's not a big problem And it's not overheat either. It's more like coldstart ^^. More like a graphical problem.

I've had Final Fantasy 3 crash a number of times.. just pops me back to home screen. Don't usually lose much progress in the game, but still annoying. Does the same thing if you dock or undock during the game
Recently I started having problems with sound in games or at least I can notice these problems only in games . For example now there is no sound in Elevate when score is shown while previously everything was ok. Sometimes when I play this game or Peak (I play only these two games regularly) there is no sound for a couple of seconds when I start a new game (I mean games in a game :laugh. After a couple of seconds there are no problems at all. I tried disabling some apps I installed recently. I even tried to disable all apps except system ones. That didn't help. The only app I got recently that has something to do with sound is ShuffleTone. I tried uninstalling it but that didn't help either. What can cause such behaviour? How do I trace the problem?
Hi guys. Im gonna tell about a problem which does not occur in many apps. In my opinion it happens when i open an app that neeeds graphic card but not for sure. Here is the problem.
Ex. When i open a game or youtube video nothing is wrong if screen faces up. Nothing at all. When i tilt the screen down it blacks out even sound goes off ( phone is on) and then i tilt phone back up everything goes on working. It only happens in these kind of apps. Any ideas ?

I solved the problem by uninstaling updates from samsung's game tool/game mode app from aplication manager.
