Can someone patch Gear Manager, but for the Gear 2 (neo) ? Still waiting for working lollipop version
Downgrade to kitkat 4.4 .. I almost stoppeed wearing My gear 2 neo bcz of disconnections . even after android wear .
Downgrading note 3 lte to 4.4 solved this issue for me

My name is Kuba and I have a rooted Sasmung Gakaxy S4 with Cyanogenmode 12 and Samsung Gear 2 with tizen 2. I have a working Gear Manager on my phone and when I try to connect watch with phone I see this Error : HostManager has stopped working. Film in anex.
Can U help me? What can I do it?

Ok. So Gear Manager 2.2+ is not supported for none Touchwiz roms. And specially Lollipop. You would need a stock TW Lollipop rom to have the latest Gear Manager app working. I recommend going back to Kitkat if you want gear 2 to work with none TouchWiz roms.

I face this issue as well. But I am using stock rom. Kitkat with note 3. Is there any solution?

my s3 neo i9300i does not power up even no vibration occurs .... i installed the indian firmware which was android 4.4.4 but the actual firmware which was installed on it was the pakistan firmware i.e android 4.3 now its not starting :crying: damn
i am under Mate 8 with Android 6.1 rooted and using KangVip Slim Rom
Installed Samsung Gear, Gear S Plugin and Accessory Service...
I can pair in bluetooth mode : it finds "Gear S3" and "Gear S3 LE"...connected.
BUT The app Samsung Gear launches , find the bluetooth connected object....and then crashes !!!
any help ?
(i have tried to do the same with Note Edge and the watch and works like a charm)

I am using Mate 8 with Gear S 3. Android 6.0 not rooted NXT-L29C432B192.
Works perfect for me.
