I'm using Samsung phone and I'm from Saudi Arabia. Month ago Viber was working fine but now there's a problem, all the time " Disconnected, Messages and Calls not available" 5-10 minutes a day may be its working. all other time no although my 3G is working fine. But same time some of my colleague use Viber with no regular disconnect. Please advise. What should I do?

i am using Gionee E7 mini... and most of the time while searching call details or phone book, my mobile go on processing mode and after long time...it disply.."contact is not responding"
all other app like FB..whatsup are working fine. this is only issue with either call details and contact list only. When i get call and check that no. in call details, its take more than 120 min to display that no. in call details.
Can some body help me to trouble shoot this issue.

That is probably caused by your network. Have you dialed the number to do the over-the-air programming to update the network settings on your phone, if you recently purchased the phone then that would probably help.

Hi there guys sorry of this question is not in the correct forum ,
So my problem is now i have to carry two phones for two sims
One is my old sim for calls and sms , the other i recently got for the internet 4g
So i put the 3g sim on my s6 , and stuck with the old call sim on the old s7262 wich sadly does not support 3g or this would have been easier
The thing is the sms cards are for different countries so i cant call forword
My plan is to find an app that can mirror calls and text over bluetooth /wirless like in cars just to be able to handle one phone at anytime while the other is nearby
Remember the old sim have no internet connection so any app that requires connection cant be used , needless to say i tried mysms app and it needs internet
I need help guys until i can buy a better backup phone

I've flashed zv3 stock rom un rooted from cm 11 on lg volt , there are no call log in the call history, no outgoing, incoming, and missed calls. but after first factory restore it shows all call record but after a single restart it does not shows any call logs and each call waiting as missed call. already tried third party apps like call log monitor, and call history manager etc. but this apps also failed to register call logs. i am using "MTS" network in india and "service disabled" in the lock screen. but voice call working perfectly, but no data connection.
please help regrding call log and data connection

Hi Everyone !!
MY LG G2 D802 is unable to make calls or receive. Same goes for SMS. The issue is it detects the SIM and also gets registered over the Network as I can see the name of my Provider but as far as making calls or sms I simply can't do it. Please tell me what could be the issue ?
