[Completed] Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini LTE is not booting up. What should I do?

I tried to root my phone by first flashing CWM recovery and then installing a rootkit. But now it won't go past the Samsung screen. It starts the Samsung theme tone but stops abruptly and the screen goes black. I can go into download and recovery mode. I have tried wiping everything-from wipe cache partition, wipe data, wipe dalvick cache, etc. Please help me.
Hi there,
Did you follow exactly this steps?
[RECOVERY][ROOT] Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini LTE (GT-I9195)
1.Copy the " S4Mini_RootKit_v2.zip" to your device SD card.
2.Turn off the phone.
3.Press and hold home, volume down and power. Download screen should appear.
4.Connect USB cable, and press volume up.
5.Start Odin, uncheck "F. Reset Time", and then click AP button.
6.Select "recovery-clockwork-6.0.5.0-serranoltexx.tar.md5" file that you previously extracted, and press Start button. The phone will reboot when finished.
7.After the phone resets (it vibrates) IMMEDIATELY hold volume up and home buttons to boot into recovery mode.
8.Select the option to install the ZIP file you have previously copied to your device and begin flashing it.
9.After flashing using CWM, reboot into system and enjoy your rooted device.

Wipe data/Factory reset your device. If the factory reset doesn't work. Flash a new rom or just the custom rom for your device.

If you have recovery you can try press the button combination below, one of them should work, note I use the it for my G-Pro F350L:
The phone need to be off:
- Power + Vol down, when see LG logo release both button 1-2 seconds and press it again
- Power + Vol down, when see LG logo release both button 1-2 seconds and press Vol down + Volume Up
- If you can enter it will show as Factory reset use Vol up/down to move it and select yes with Power button two times.
If all good you should enter recovery to restore your TWRP system back up or do all wipe except Internal storage to flash other custom rom.

Boot loop with giant off centered Samsung logo after flashing

Flashed stock firmware using Odin v3.12.7 (had Noble ROM before) which passed and then rebooted. Blue screen with Android guy installing apps > Same screen but this time just says "Erasing..." > Regular centered Samsung logo > Larger off centered logo
I've waited for 30 mins and nothing has happened
Tried flashing with Odin again
Cannot access recovery mode using Vol up + home + power
Can't find S/N number (press home button in download options and goes to download mode instead and don't have original box)
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Force to turn recovery mode then wipe data cache and dalvik.
I wiped data cache and dalvik....that wasn't successful.
In desperation, I did a factory reset via the Samsung recovery menu...
That did the trick

"wipe data, cache and dalvik" that mean that "factory reset" But in stock recovery menu you cannnot do it separatly, there are just options from wipe cache and wipe dalvik and factory reset what mean that also will wipe data
