[Stock ROM BACKUP] Karbonn A1+ Backup

Friends this is my Stock rom Backup of
karbonn A1+ i edited my stock rom from poor look to royalty look
if u like u can also use it
NOTE : its rooted rom dont install superuser app coz ths rom gives defult permission for rooted apps

How to install
1. download backup file
2. extract using winrar / 7zip
3. copy it to ur sdcard / clockworkmod / backup
4.restore using cwm
Important : if u got md5mismatch
1. open root explorer
2. goto sdcard /clockworkmod /backup
3.now open the backup file
4.now delete nandroid.md5
5.now create new file in root explorer rename it as nandroid.md5 it ll b in 0kb dont worry now restore it

currently i m on sw ver 2.0.2
hw ver 1.1.0
under battery hw ver 4.0
i tried to install ur backup it installed sucessfully bt touch doesnt work hard keys were working.
bt it is working fine on my frnds phone.
before installing this his
sw ver 2.0.8
hw ver 1.1.0
under battery hw ver 3.0
i hv tried to install his backup of 2.0.8 bt same isue (touch stops working).....

finally i managed to work touchscreen......now this backup is working fine for me...
but i personally not like new dialer...and status bar(wifi, bluetooth...icon...and image)
by the way nice work..
and a suggestion for new rom(take 2.0.2 same as base rom)

sure bro thanks for ur feedback and how u managed to work touch screen bro

by replacing following thing with my org rom backup
1-.android_secure.vfat
2-boot
3-cache.yaffs2
4-recovery
really good customization....
bt one thing i feel very poor that is status bar(wifi, bluetooth...icon...and image)
i m waiting 4 ur new rom.......
u shoud try to port "karbonn a1 star" ics rom for our phone because both have same hardware..

Your backup is working!
Nice battery meter, music player, and framework theme.
You should have removed the transformers logo from status bar and crappy apps and add some good apps from xperia rom.
Other things are working fine till now.
Now I can use 3G data network!! (Just kidding)

Stuck at white screen
Hi,
Your backup file got restored, however i am stuck at white screen. it seems like it boots in the OS. however just white screen.
H/W Ver : 4.0.0
S/W Ver : 1.0.6

sir i have a arise rowdy t1+ phone its board is sp6820gb_7620 and cpu id is 8810 cpu frequency is 1ghz and ram is 512mb with mali 300 gpu,
android version is 2.3.6 and kernal version is 2.6.35.7 [email protected] #7, software version is mocordroid2.3.6.w12.20_p20.01_20130715.130506, hardware version is 1.1.0. my problem is that my phone has only 128 mb of internal memory and when i tried to edit vold.fstab to swap its memory with memory card it stopped detecting sd card when turned on but when in recovery mode sd is shown present, i think its very similar to karbonn a1+ in hardware and software part so can you please help me with my phone?

Did anyone try this rom ? If yes, please post some screenshots.. What are the known bugs ? Hows the ram consumption ? Battery Life ? In the other themed rom, people say that there are frame drops while playing games.. So hows this themed rom performing ?

Why do you download ?
1. Whatsapp Bug fix
2. Calender Events fix
3. Some updated system apps (You can update manually through play store bt need to push into system mannually)
4. Play store updated with google apps (You can update manually through play store bt need to push into system mannually)
N.B : If u updated apps already then unistall from application manager ............. cuz they will be install on system....
Always saying :
1. Never reset your phone from settings/backup & restore.... If u need to reset than use the "stock sui.zip".
2. Always install the rom on stock for better use.

Many ROMs have this error and none of the ROM porters have solution for this. :crying:
Not sure, but is it something to do with different versions of Micromax Canvas 2+? Manish's one ROM had similar error which he had solved in his next update.

Great rom..!!!
Used this rom for last 1 hr n its simply awesome...
No proximity sensor issue..
No video drivers problem...
Youtube video plays flawlessly...
No glitches...
The only reason i uninstalled it was because it is not root.(superuser is installed bt no root permission)...
Eagerly waiting for someone to provide solution to that...
I found some bugs bt i think they can be solved easily...
Bugs which i found:
Mic not working in google search..(works in call and voice recording)
Inbuilt camera do not give full 8 mp resolution(google camera works fine)
When connected to pc only sd card is connected and internal is not(not a big deal)..
Great work dev...
For me its one of the best kitkat rom...
Just provide solution to for root

Rom takes little long to boot for the first time as compared to some other rom..
Bt after first boot its fast...
I tried flashing supersu zip bt ended up with boot loop..
Bt seems its working for other users...
So may be the file which i flash had some error...
I would be great if anyone of u can give me supersu.zip which u guys use...

looking at the screen shots everything looks lollipop .....so where is kitkat in it?? just curious....

First of all ,the Rom is very good with very much similarity to android L, but while using i notice some minor issues
1) when pressing home button, sometimes it opens recent apps instead of home screen and also a little bit of lag while doing that.
2) OK Google is working on all screens but it doesn't catches voice even if we speak so close to the phone, it works only if we speak loudly and so close to the phone i think that there is some mic problem
other than that the Rom is very good, good battery backup, excellent user interface
please fix the above mentioned minor issues.

Yes rom is supperb, great so far, i just noticed some lags... But can be ignored..... Great work keep it up...

I have a problem with the super su binary update...
Other than I love the ROM...

Hey i edited systemui to make recent apps panel look more like lollipop...
Bt there's always some problem with last item in panel...
Some portion of last panel is cut...
Other than that it works good...
I m adding screenshot and mod
Please check and tell if u can help...
For others who want to try can directly flash the zip file from below...

Bro its system file so u cant install it directly...
U need to manually push it into system->priv-apps and then set correct permission...
Or else if u want i can give u flashable zip...

Plz give flushable zip file for this...

Just flash "Alice_Lollipop_recent_apps_v0.4.zip" from below directly from recovery..
if you dont like it and want to revert back flash "Alice_original_recent_apps.zip"...

both are same...
u cannot install systemui.apk directly u will have to manually push it into system...
so i suggest just go for zip file...
