Notification light not work certain apps - ONE Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, so my notification light works with hangouts and charging perfectly.
I don't know about calls since I use hangouts for all.
But what I have noticed is clash of clans notifications do not trigger a notification light.
I even added a custom notification light color and still nothing.
Anyone else? I installed light flow in the mean time. Just would like to use the stock options.
Thanks

[Q] Android 5.1 + Lightflow + Notification LED

Since upgrading to 5.1 (custom AOSP build) - the notification LED flashes for any notification (fine...) but the LightFlow settings only appear to take note when I turn the screen on then off which kinda defeats the point of using LightFlow (Different colours tell me what notification it is).
I thought I could just disable the "Pulse notification light" setting but that also kills LightFlow completely.
Any tips how to get the LED to stop flashing for all notifications and let LightFlow do what it's supposed to? (non-rooted)

Light Manager is superior. Different colors works there.

Galaxy S6 5.1.1 Light Flow LED control Not working

Since I have updated to 5.1.1 on my GS6 I can't get Light Flow to work. It's displaying random LED colors for different notifications and the workaround they suggest involves turning off the notification light and running all the notifications through light flow as a way to solidify that the LED will be the same color. But certain apps don't allow that and it's a tedious process to go through and do that. Maybe you, good ol' internet, knows what else can fix this problem. Or any alternatives?
Thanks for the help.

LED notifications sometimes work, sometimes change color

Is anyone else having issues with the LED notifications?
I've configured some apps to change the colors, but sometimes it work, dometimes it doesn't, sometimes it just show a white color instead of the configured color.
I've tried LightFlow to configure them, it became a little more stable, but not perfect and the Smart Manager told me that Light Flow was wasting battery, so I uninstalled it.

LED Notifications/Light Flow

I have the L29C567B183, and LED Notifications aren't working. I have "Pulse Notification LED" setting enabled, but when I receive a notification the light doesn't blink. Similarly, I tried Light Flow, Light Flow Legacy, and Light Flow Pro, and the LED doesnt do anything with those either. Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem? And does anyone know how to get Light Flow to work with this device?
Thanks!
Where can I find "Pulse Notification LED" in main settings?
Setting then notification and status bar
