Install android download manager and see if that works. I use that only now cuz it is able to download using multiple streams and make it faster.
I know it's not an answer to your problem, but maybe a good work around?
Cheers

It probably has something to do with switching between file systems (EXT4, F2FS). I'd say wipe your device completely, flash the fastboot images, and stop messing with experimental file systems (F2FS).

That's true I didn't even know he was using f2fs lol. Maybe it's trying to download to a folder that doesn't allow write or something. Check permissions where it's downloading I would guess..

[Q] Flashing Packages in Recovery

I know how to install a custom Rom but for some reason last night whenever I tried to flash a new rom, I kept getting an error in recovery saying something like this
" E:/ "filename" could not find " or something like that
Then it said Installation aborted.
This happened every time whether it was a rom or a tweak package. Its not my SD card because I tried two different ones. Is it my phone or the clockwork recovery?
Go to www.4ext.net download, install (choose the touch version from within the app) and report.

If you can't then you may need to find a different way to flashing a new recovery to see if that works. The hack kit has the option to only flash a recovery.
You could also flash a ruu as last option.

It has been said many times in the Q&A section. For official incremental update you need cyanogen recovery.
Only full YNG1TAS2I3 ROM can be flashed from TWRP/PhilZ.

Well, I answered it previously. Delta update > only official recovery.
I never had that personally, but it should be fixed in latest.
Yeah u will need the latest cyanogenmodrecovery for installing that update.or download the whole rom zip file to flash via twrp.

[Completed] Putting the xposed-sdk-arm thing manually to the root

Hello. I have an updated lollipop phone then I wanted to flash an xposed-sdk-arm zip thing but unfortunately the custom recoveries did not read my sdcard, even the phone storage. It says something like "e:/ can't mount sdcard"
Can i just put the files from the xposed-sdk-arm zip to the root storage? And change the permissions as well...

Thanks for the reply, sir. Can you recommend me another custom recoveries? I had tried Philz but it didn't work. I have a photo of it.

Hello,
I think it's more of a broken recovery. There are various others like CWM, TWRP not sure if they are available for your device though.

Question My gapps are broken in crdroid 8.1

Hello, im new here .
I want to ask, has anyone experienced the problem of Google Apps being forced to close after installing it from recovery mode?
I may have mistakenly installed gapps, which I found in the Crdroid settings link, and I have tried as much as I know to deactivate or delete the Google application from this device because I got stuck at the Google setup part after formatting this phone. I also already sent it to the store, but they can't fix it either. Sorry im not professional
