This menu is called "Factory Mode." You need root access to remove the popup and a file browser, watch this youtube video and you can remove it too.
If you need root access, use Towelroot then make sure you have a file explorer with root access to perform the function. I use ES File Explorer.

i have the same probleme with my phone s3 verizon with official rom 4.4.2 he is root access and i use ES File Explorer for desable This menu "Factory Mode".,but i didnt find the FactoryApp folder i found except efs folder please help me

[Q] xt862 att radio file push with explorer

Hello, newbie here, I have unlocked, rooted my droid 3 xt862. I have flashed the radio hack. I have one last issue that I can't figure out. How due I push the build file to the system file. I dont have root explorer just explorer from the android market. I clicked the file, hit copy, and tried to paste it in the system file. I wouldn't let me. I can't find the orginal file I flashed to my phone now, and if i could I wouldn't be able to figure it out.
1. do i need root explorer to accomplish this?
2. if not, where is the file on my phone?
3. How do I copy it to the system file so this phone will work with att mvno h2o wireless.
Please help!!! Im desperate. My email is [email protected] if you can help, or answer on this thread.
Thanks, Desperate Newbie
If you want to access the root of your phone use an file explorer like ES file explorer, be sure to enable root access in the menu, and you can then copy your file to the system folder
Good Luck!

ES File Manager - Root Access Problems or SuperSU Problems ?

I have installed this File Manager on my OnePlus One rooted and whit SuperSU 2.02 installed. On Setting i have activated the Root Explorer but no REQUEST appears from SuperSU.. it's normal ?
Whit the "Root Explorer" disactivates i can continue to navigate to root folder after click on "/"........ i thinks or it's a BUG or somewhere it's been crash on my SuperSU......
For Example i have installed other File Manager like Ghost File Manager and the Root Permission as been granded by SuperSu at every started.... like the original CM File Manager every time i start SuperSU give the access but no Es File Manger... WTF ?
Its normal, Root Explorer will ask for su access when you go into /system/ and press Mount r/w, a SuperSU option will appear afterwards.
To add to ZephiK, you don't need root access to browse the root folders. Only when you want to edit those files do you need the access.
Sent from my OnePlus One
Unless you want to browse /data, then you need root access.

i thinks this "problems" like a bug it's been fixed in the recently updated version...... now the root access has beeb garanteed immediately at start of es file explorer..

system/usr/idc.
It that folder you will find 3 files.
Open, with a text editor, the file called "clearpad.idc
Try Root Explorer.... its a better explorer in these cases

Click to collapse
If I remember correctly...
Download a root file explorer (such as Root Explorer,Root Browser or ES File Explorer).
Open the root file explorer and go to the /system folder.
Open the file named build.prop in text editorIn the build.prop file look for ro.config.tima=1
Change this line to ro.config.tima=0, simply changing the 1 to a 0
Reboot phone
Run the Samsung health app.

Enable Built-in Call recoder in any Samsung 5.1 lollipop device

Befor proceeding make sure your device is rooted and you have Root explorer installed on it.
Download Root Explorer .
Open root/system/csc/others.xml file
Add the following code in it
<CscFeature_VoiceRecorder_SupportShowCallRejectCount>true</CscFeature_VoiceRecorder_SupportShowCallRejectCount>
<CscFeature_VoiceCall_ConfigRecording>RecordingAllowed</CscFeature_VoiceCall_ConfigRecording>
Save the file
Then reboot. And your are Good to Go...
