Instuctions:
Instructions : Have a nandroid backup
Copy the .zip to SD CARD
Boot TO Recovery (CWM or anything else)
Wipe System ,Data ,Dalvik and Cache
Flash the zip
Reboot ..
Wait for it to boot.. it may take a while.. if it exceeds more than 10 -15min ..

After installing your Rom, SIM wasn't found. So I did a cwm restore. But then also it wasn't recognized.
so I did a factory reset. But no use. Please help Me out here.
try hard reset with SP Flash tools
NOT work
xperia C in just test it , and gets the infinite loop.
huh, new ROM, i'm looking forward to this, Downloading it now.

The build just completed and am uploading the image files for you to do whatever you please.
The idea is to get it out there so others can take a look and use it to make it better.

Will the bugs be of the current CM12 Lollipop that we are facing or you have rectifed some of the issues? Thanks for upcoming build btw. It would be great if you could provide us with the link to the gapps thatworks with this rom best and a little intructions on how to flash it for noobs friendly if they choose to proceed with the flashing of this dev rom.

Why does the recovery does not read the ROM zip file?
I copied the ROM in my sdcard and booted into CWM recovery. But when I try to flash the ROM from sdcard, it comes with the following:

Can't open /sdcard/royss_signed_122114_011303.zip
(bad)
Installation aborted.
I also tried by mounting different partitions and wiping the partitions. But they don't work.
The ROM zip file is fully downloaded, as I can open it from the ZIP explorers in my phone as well as PC.
Why am I unable to flash the ROM?
PS: My phone is Samsung Galaxy YOung GT S6312.

Dialer prooblem
I am using Allice Project Reborn now.
When i go to dialer and search anything it force closes everytime.
Please solve it and some tweaks are missing.
Otherwise rom is perfect and battery backup is very good.

Tweaks required for Alice
Please add all the tweaks like Eeco Os to Alice rom coz that rom is really most attractive but kinguser is too alow on it and after updating it to Superuser ,default storage can not be changed apps like Titanium backup for me not working.
I tried 3 times by reinstalling rom but can not solve the problem.
If you are agree then make a rom just like Eeco Os with superuser and the features already there and if some left then add it also.
Also ask other members for their need and then after make a new rom.
You are really a rom machine bro.

Installation Failed
was using nightly before flashing the cm12 offical ota and using fanco kernel. Help please
For Oxygen OS to CM12s
Everyone on Oxygen OS can also flash this zip if you have the latest version of TWRP
I just did it and it works fine for me.
Steps to Follow : -
1. Downloaded cm-12.0-YNG1TAS0YL-bacon-signed.zip
2. paste it to ur phone
3. reboot into recovery
4.wipe dalvik cache,cache, system ,data ( do not wipe internal storage and usb otg)
5. Flash cm-12.0-YNG1TAS0YL-bacon-signed.zip(if you flash Super SU before reboot it is all right)
6. Reboot

I follow what you have given instruction. First of all I'm using myphone Agua Rio version 2 and not the version 1 or the first released of myphone (manufacturer) anyway as I said I follow your instructio first I change my of to wiko 13 and after it was been flash using sp flash I boot the device and I rooted by kingroot and I had made sucesfully so I download Flashify from playstore and launch and flash the Phil recovery after it I made clean my device and clean and clean to make it sure there will be no conflict so I wait and it's working but the problem is the camera is not working and the flashlight of my phone so I search and I saw a zip so I download them all and try but nothing works. So please help me I really really like this room. ???
