Super AMOLED Plus 1280x720
Nexus Android aka Pure Android
Support for Note's SPen, and SMemo app, all other cool Note apps, but just apps, no Android tweaking

Battery and call reception. What else could you really need out of a phone? ;p
Excellent battery and energy efficiency. Everything else is already pretty good in current phones.
Honestly for me it would be, if the phone is recent or not and if it lag or not! also the RAM and how much GB the phone have
A battery that lasts a weak, like in the old Nokia days. :highfive:
A phone like Moto G Google Play Edition, only with a better processor, largest RAM and huge battery. I think it can be considered as perfect…

a phone that understands my voice i.e. anything 'I' say! Control my sky box & tv... open my garage... shock proof... Water proof... intuitive ui... run multiple roms/OS... & can force pair like those cats on 'Person of Interest'... plus, adjust the suspension on my AM mtb (refer voice activation)...think that'll do it

Display: 4.6-5.0 inch Full HD AMOLED with Gorilla Glass
RAM: 2 GB
storage: 16 GB internal + up to 64 GB external
Casing: removable battery + something that doesn't degrade after a few months (be it metal or plastic) + waterproof
Samsung-like button layout + physical camera shutter
Camera that actually tries to get photos to look good on a PC (instead of accumulating badly used megapixels) + decent front-facing camera
debloated
unbranded (AOSP experience)
5+ hours screen on time
+ all the other standard hardware equipment (gyroscope, motion sensor, etc)
Modest but effective.

I think you should wait for Google Nexus 25. SSD? 40MP camera? 20MP front camera? 4GB RAM? Is that a phone? I think you forgot to mention Intel Core i7 4th Generation instead of an ARM processor.

Hey guys, today i want to share my review of the Elephone P8 from coolicool.com with you.
It´s definitly really similar to the Orientphone N3 which i already reviewed, but the software is better and also some little parts are different.
lets talk about the specs :
Highlights
♦ 5.7 inch Screen, 1920*1080 pixel display
♦ MTK6592 1.7GHz Octa core
♦ Support 3G network: GSM 850/900/1800/1900 & WCDMA 850/2100 MHz
♦ 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM
♦ 13MP back camera + 5MP front camera
♦ The latest Android 4.2 System
♦ Air Gestures
♦ Clearmotion (video motion enhancer)
the main "highlight" is definitly the 5.7" IPS Screen. Its really big, has good viewing angles and also provides a sharp picture. But be careful, you can easily crack such a huge phone, i already cracked my black orientphone n3, but i wasnt really careful Big Grin (and drunk..)
I´ve now used the phone for 5 days with the latest 4.4.2 android software. It comes with a really clean rom , no malware or bloatware and also its fast as hell.
Performance:
I think everybody knows the MTK 6592 Octa core SoC with 2GB of ram. For now the flagship from mediatek. But its still battery hungry. Powersaving mode and downclocking is a must ! It also prevents overheating of the phone and battery. It can easily overheat if you dont clock it down while playing modern combat 2.. But it´s really fast and perferct for performance freaks
Quality:
Definitly much better than HDC.. it´s slimmer than the Note 3 and original parts like battery do not fit. Maybe the flip cover fits, but it wont close perfectly. The screen quality and the overall quality of the frame is amazing. Just on the top i found a very small gap between frame and glass, so in dark areas you see the led shining trough.. if you charge it.. But i would rate the quality with 9/10 points !
Camera:
13mpx back camera which is much better than on any other phablet. Autofocus could be faster and it could have a better camera app. 13mpx only in 4:3 mode so i would give 6/10 points.
Network:
GSM 850/900/1800/1900 & WCDMA 850/2100 MHz Quad band.. works in 90% of the countries on the world. But always check the bands with the bands which your provider uses !
Dual Sim works perfectly in austria and connection is great. Just shows roaming but thats normal. 10/10 points.
Battery:
Great batterylifetime, i can pass one day with a 100% charge. But N3 batteries dont fit !! the batteries from the elephone are much slimmer , so you have to order one if you need 2.
Benchmarks:
Antutu 27000
All sensors are working.
Cant post Video link right now, because of to low posts. But will post it soon.
