Better to use OPO's official Smart Cover.

I am yet to receive my OPO, but you can check Gravity Screen if you havent check already. I have used it on my Motorola Defy, Karbonn S5, Micromax Canvas HD and more lately on my Nexus 5. Will be a bummer if it doesn't work on OPO.

GravityBox or GravityScreen? Anyways, I think it's GravityScreen (GravityBox is an Xposed module, don't confuse others). GravityScreen is a very complex and battery hungry app, you should have noticed already. I think you should try Screebl Total Screen Control. It's the best solution which doesn't consume much battery and works like a charm.

Just saying, this should be in Q&A.

Is there a way to enable the gravity sensor for all apps and Home Screen (in which one rotation doesn't works all time) without checking all boxes in Gravity Sensor Settings ?

[APP][4.0+] Settings Extended 1.3 (beta)

Hey guys!
I would like to share with you a new update of Settings Extended app before it is pushed to Google Play. The app allows to put setting toggles to the notification bar, it is very customizable and supports multiple rows of settings, if needed.
It would be nice to have your feedback on it. The app is optimized for phones and 7" tablets. Bigger tablets will be supported soon too.
Thanks!
Sergej
have a try!thx man!amazing!

Well, when you click it, it opens an activity displaying a torch (which isn't necessary at all). When you disable the torch then with your notification (to turn it off), it closes and then opens the Torch activity again.
It would be nice if:
1) Clicking the torch (in the torch activity) toggles the flashlight
OR
2) No Torch activity
Btw, do you have a working torch on all HTC devices? I am a developer too, and I can't get it to work on some of them.
If you want a code snippet or anything as an example I can send it to you.
I copied my flashlight code straight out of the AOKP ROM Source.

Edit: Nice app/update btw, I'm kinda jealous now!

In all my apps I use self-written code for the flashlight. It looks very similar to the one in AOKP/packages_apps_Torch. On HTC phones there is built in flashlight which I start. I only use my flashlight in case standard flashlight app cannot be started. By the way, your flashlight doesn't work on Galaxy Nexus. It flashes once and then switches off immediately.

Thanks. I spent quite a lot of time to make everything working smooth. Now it's a time for real "Quick Settings" comeback

Could you PM me the code for use of the build-in flashlight app?

Just try to launch activity with package "com.htc.flashlight" and class "com.htc.flashlight.FlashlightActivity". If it is not there, launch your flashlight.
I've been looking for something like this, it looks great:thumbup:
Though it doesn't have any options for GPS....

I cannot change GPS directly because it is a secure setting. Android protects it. That's why a shortcut to system settings is available only.

That's true, but for that I need a rooted device. Once I have another device which I can root, I will definitely try to add more options for rooted devices too.

Changing the double tap home button app?

Anyone know how to change apps instead of camera launching? Rooted and ready to go.
On stock settings you can just disable the camera launch. Maybe an xposed module will do the job once xposed works with the S6.

aha ok I see, but still, Google camera is still worse than the Samsung camera app
last night @Goldie released 'Alliance Framework' which along with hundreds of others mods can change the double tap home button app .. just tried it myself!
I'm using the Edge, so not quite sure if it's compatible or not with you (should be) backup first !

Oneplus gestures dont work when i open keyboard (after i use app fullscreen))

Hi, I have an op6 and the gestures app. The issue is that every time you open an app full screen (a game for example or a call), returning for example to whatsapp and open the keyboard stops working the app (only when I have the keyboard displayed).
Any solution?
Thank you!

Rotation Suggestion not working

Is the "Rotation Suggestion feature" working for you?
As I understood it should be a core Android feature (I used it on Honor 10) but I don't see it on X3. It's very handy if you don't like the auto-rotate like me.

well, I was wondering more about if this feature is working as "built-in" without any additional app but I'm also glad it somehow works with that app - I did not get to try it yet. Thanks for the response!
