[Q] Is there a way to use SD partition as internal memory? - Sony Xperia L

I'm new at this but is there a way to do it?
If so, is it possible on jb, kk or lp?
Thank you!

There's an app called Link2SD, look up the name. there's a lot of tutorials on how to set it up, even here, in Xperia L forum.

And is there a way to mount the partition as internal?

Apps to SD card?

Is there way to make my apps install on a SD card? Apps 2 SD don't work. Please help!

There is an option in Titanium backup to move all user apps to your SD card. Give that a try.
Negative. Doesn't move them. I let's me move them. Says their moved. When I view my SD card with a file manager, it doesn't show. :'( I want android for external app storage too. Upsets me that this doesn't do it by default.

Might have to do with piracy. It would be too easy to swap cards and then copy the apps over

What do you.mean piracy?
Sent from my SCH-I535 using xda app-developers app
It would be too easy for someone to swap cards out and then find the APk file on the ext card to install it on their own device

That might be true. But this is possible on most android phones. Not the sg3.
So I want to know how to make it possible. Or even if I can just store the app data on the external SD card

There is a thread on here somewhere that let's you use the extsdcard. It runs a script and tricks the phone into thinking the extsdcard is the internal sdcard. Seemed like a pain though so I never tried it. Idk if it works with the job update. I'm still trying to get UMS to work again since I updated
Did a quick search try this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1889550
Its not a full instal to a extsdcard but its a start

Thought I seen a thread about that also. Seemed outdated also.
I don't even know what the UMS is. Lol.

I will try that! Has some good reviews. Good find. Thank you!!!

UMS is USB mass storage. It allows you to plug the phone to a computer and transfer files to the extsdcard like a thumb stick so you don't have to use kies or some other mtp program

No luck using that program. Maybe I'm not doing it right. I followed the tutorial. :'(

[Q] Is it safe to update to the newest Xposed Framework? [XE]

The same question as the title. It says that my device might not boot after insalling Xposed. But I haven't seen this earlier..

Far as I know, it's perfectly safe. It might be just a standard warning.
Has anyone tried it?

It's safe
Sent from my ST21i using xda app-developers app
perfectly safe.... they just increased functionality and added warnings...
cuz you know ...its has heavy customization features & it involves its own risks messing around in system files
Already updated, yes it safe!

Storage space error

Guys there seems to be a notification which pops up that says I have insufficient storage. But in fact I have over 2gb on internal storage. The notification is not bugging me but it is the fact that I cannot update any apps or install any apps because of this notification.

I have checked. I also used SD maid to get rid of useless and junk files. But the problem is still there.

Well this was weird. I uninstalled an app which I no longer use and the error message went away after a reboot.
