I just bought a Droid razr m which is having 4.1.2 jelly bean installed... I have tried to install kitkat over the air update but it says ur device is upto date... I also tried updating through Motorola Device Manager but still I failed... HELP ME!

Hi guys! I own a Motorola Motoluxe XT615 running on 2.3.7 Android and i want to know if i can found an ICS update, costum, after i saw they will not give an official update. A lil' bit strange because a China version of phone, Motorola Motoluxe XT685(dual sim), with single core and 512Mb Ram was released with Android ICS.
I root-ed my phone from here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1964382 , done and no problems.
Should i try a costum update?

1) I HAVE A MOTROLA XT905 FROM "SK TELECOM" IT IS ROOTED AND SAFE STRAP IS INSTALLED AND I HAVE MADE A BACKUP OF MY CURRENT ROM I.E 4.0.4 the prob is im not gettin the jelly bean update and i deleted the korean bloatware my boot loader is locked toooo soooo my questions are is it possible for me to flash verizons stock 4.1.1 rom through rsd lite will there be any issue

I've read through various forums on Matt's utility but I can't tell if the current version will support updating directly from ICS running patched build 215. My question is can I use the droid utility to update right to stock JB?
If not, should i go back to stock ICS build 211 and then OTA update to JB?

I was updating my motorola atrix 2 to jelly bean through rsd lite but its showing error like """""failed flashing process.1/14 flash cdt.bin "cdt.bin" USB error occured while reading/writing""""""""" and status as failed.
I used the ROM fastboot-p3_edison-edison-user-4.1.2-6.7.2_gc-384-402-release-keys-retail-05_hktwn.tar
Please help i am newbie please explain in detail.
