Hi there guys, i'd like to know if somebody could help me. I'm looking for a QCN file from a HTC ONE M8 CMDA Verizon. I'm trying to enable some LTE Band on sprint carrier, but i thing it'd be more easy if i had the Verizon QCN.
If somebody can and want to help me, just need to follow this steps:
- http://forum.xda-developers.com/cro...ad-progress-please-leave-im-updating-t2871269 until step 21.
Step 22: Go to FILE -> Read supported RF NV Items
Step 23: On icon bar, click on 5th icon from left: Write Listed NV Item to QCN.
Step 24: Be patient because it could take several minutes in generate QCN.
Step 25: Upload file.
Why? Because, according to GSMARENA.com (search by HTC One (M8) CDMA), Verizon CDMA is the safe HW than Sprint one... That means (for me) Sprint has AWS band blocked by software and i wanna try to unblock that band.
I really thank you if you may help us.
any news?
I am also looking to unlock Sprint M8 LTE bands, Pls help
Does anyone have the link for the files on oloko's thread?

Hello, I have a Samsung S5 SM-G900L (Baseband G900LKLU1BOD1; build number LRX21T.G900LKLU1B0D3) from U+ LTE that I got from south Korea. It is unlocked and rooted, but I can't get into the USB setting (*#0808# does not work on my phone; "connection problem or invalid MMI code" error) to change the frequencies for the states and Europe where I will be stationed for the next couple of years. Also, I have been unable to down load the QXDM. The linked site downloads a "QXDM-3.12.714- [/STRIKE]-. rar" file, not the zipped file that will allow me to install. I am using windows 10 and not sure if that is what is causing the problem. I can call and send texts, but have no data access. My state side carrier is att. Any help getting back on track would be great. Thanks so much. I have searched for other post about the G900L, but no luck. John.

That's a friendly help thread specifically for your device.
Good luck!
So I've verified root on my S5 G900P sprint. I've copied my \efs files to a new location and also to my pc. My objective is to repair my IMEI, which I broke.
I've been researching all of the posts and google returns. When I attempt to go into diag mode, I'm following some guidance online that suggests entering ##3424#. This returns a screen with boxes all over it, such as green, red, etc.
Is this diag mode?
Other attempts have brought me to a screen that presents me with two radio buttons and a bar which reads qualcom. The radio buttons read either cdma, or pda.
Is this diag mode?
Lastly, do I have to purchase cdma workshop at a cost of over 100 $ to use only one time in the repair of my IMEI?
Thank you, appreciate any help that anyone can give me. Thank you.

Hello and thanks for checking this post!
Ive bought a LG G3 D850 in USA, unlocked. When moved to Argentina I was not able to get 3g/4g signal from my local carrier, only EDGE, as the phone wasnt sold by them they rejected to assist so on my own Ive made the following steps:
Hidden menu fixes - didnt work
Edit build.prop - didnt work
Updated from stock 4.2.2 to Fulmics 5.2 - didnt work
Flashed new .qcn files worked as follows:
.qcn #1: I was able to improve quality signal for voice and data, also fixed 3g and H connections.
.qcn #2: Quality signal decrease, EDGE works, no 3g and no H but 4G works.
What I would like to know:
1- Is it possible to use the .qcn #1 and restore my factory IMEI so I can at least have H?
2- Is it possible to edit the .qcn#1 and include the code portion from .qcn#2 that enables 4g?
That would be the perfect fix for this issue!
ps: Ive the original box with the IMEI labels and also the internal label that confirm phone original IMEI, I know change IMEI is not legal and its not what Im trying to do, Im looking for a fix keeping my IMEI stock.
Thanks for any input!
Hi i have the same problem.
Im also from Argentina and also in FULMICS 5.2
Im still no try change the QCN, because can not understand the procedure very well
Can you help me?
where can i find? and You recommend the QCN N.1 , for me is enought H.
Thanks
I hope you can answer
Hi
How can I achieve your flash qcn #1 solution on my lg magna h500?
Im having the same issue
Are there any custom ROMS or methods to enable or restore the hidden menus for LTE Engineering or aka Field test menus?
Coming from a Samsung, I miss the *#2263# to select specific RF bands. I am aware of the *#*#4636#*#* Testing menu, as it is the only one available in the stock 6.0.1 system. I am familiar with the QPST and QXDM methods of directly writing NV values, but that requires root and is much slower than a menu. But since the Nexus5 field test apk does not work on the HTC... I'm hoping somebody knows of any ways to get that functionality.
This is for the One A9 AT&T/Unlocked variant
2. I read some threads about installing a developers edition 1.12.617.6
Would that include anything this one does not already have?
3. Do I need S-OFF to use QPST and QXDM to write NV values?
Thank you
anyone can help provide me a working D838 QCN ?
i was accidently changing the 3G bands. but it cant be reverted.
if any one can give me your qcn backup ( you may delete your esn /imei value, i dont need it) i just need the network config inside the qcn.
i will give $10 via paypal to anyone who would help me for this.
i've restored my imei and esn succesfully, but i only get 4G full bar and 3G on some spot... compared to another phone, i should have a 3G signal on where i should be. but i cant connect/register to it. it says, current network is disabled.
anyone have an idea ?
LG D838 QCN file needed
Please I have issues with mine too (LG D838 32g). When I put it to 3g/4g mode, I get no network reception at all but when I switch to 2g, I get reception....please I need the QCN file if you were able to get it or point me in the right direction. Thanks
