So as the title said no matter what i tried to do to the phone, reflash the stock and everything (it is my friend 1+1 so i dont know how it happen) and still i stuck in a bootloop.
anyone know how to fix it? if you do please help, thanx ahead!
Without knowing what caused the problem it's a bit difficult to help. Why isn't your friend posting? We need to know what he did to the phone.

He said that he was with the phone in the toilet and it just started to boot loop, he didn't flash anything (he doesn't know about those kind of things) so the phone had a stock kernel with stock frameware
Sent from my One using XDA Free mobile app
Ok, well you should be able to hold the power button to force it to shut down. Once it's off you can use the volume up + power button combo to get it into fastboot mode (hold volume down, then hold power, it should boot directly into fastboot mode). Once in fastboot mode you need to unlock the bootloader, and then flash the fastboot images, I have detailed instructions for both in my guide thread (link in my signature).

Some back story. My N5 was stock/rooted, with stock recovery. I had installed the beta Xposed framework, using this post as a guide. Following the install, during the reboot, my phone never restarted. Since then it has not been able to turn on.
Things I have tried:
I have done method 1 & 2 of this guide
I am able to lock and unlock the bootloader, it is currently locked.
I have tried the command fastboot -w
I am unable to perform a factory reset, it hangs at /data
If there is any ideas as to what I should do next, please don't hesitate to let me know.
If I am able to get the Tamper Flag reset, then my plan is to look into the RMA option.
Also, I have been following this thread for info.

So this is just a shot in the dark, but the fastboot command screenshot you posted, you had the command "fastboot flash bootloader."
I haven't read the articles you're using, but is there a reason you're flashing a bootloader after unlocking it? Wouldn't that just lock the bootloader again?
I'd start fastboot oem unlock, fastboot flash recovery, and then adb sideload the .zip you are using once you're in recovery.
Good luck.

Have you tried just dirty flashing stock / rooted thru recovery?
edit: or restoring a backup?
Hey,
i just re-rooted my One after updating to 38r some days ago, and as it booted up, i got the "audiofx has stopped" bug and the "CM Lockscreen has stopped" bug at the same time. i tried to reset with twrp, reflash the rom and whatnot. I also cant flash roms with toolkits as i can not unlock my Bootloader. Today i finally managed to install a modified 38r via USB Otg after some other rom installations failed (also with USB Otg). I'm all like "Hell Yeah, fvck yeah OnePlus support!" (I wrote to them some days ago but they have not replied). I euphorically booted up my device and waited until the cyanogenmod logo pops up. i waited all the time. And its in a Bootloop now. I tried resetting my device and reflashing the ROM but none works. Can anyone help me please?
Sorry for the typos, i got not much time right now so i had to type fast.
thanks in advance
Have you tried a full wipe and clean flash of 38R?

Could you please elaborate on this? You obviously already have a custom (TWRP) recovery, so you either flashed when sideloading was still possible or your bootloader is unlocked.

A word of advise about using toolkits: don't. _Especially_ not if your phone has already issues as toolkits more often than not run the commands without checking (error) outputs. This has led to disastrous results for some people in the past so be careful!
I can recommend trying to re-flash the 38R via Fastboot after formatting the relevant partitions (cache, system ) to make sure you start from scratch.

That's why I asked for elaboration on his bootloader state and fastboot issues. Flashing with fastboot close to _always_ works unless the bootloader is borked which does not seem to be the case as he can at least start the recovery environment. "Does not work" is a rather broad subject from "I don't know how to do it" over "I don't get it working" up to "it shows an error".

I can't help you if you don't even provide answers to specific questions you've been asked such as how TWRP got on the phone and why you "cannot" unlock your bootloader.
Do please note however that toolkits are not magical software, they just provide a nice clickable wrapper around the same low-level drivers and software such as adb and fastboot. If either of those have issues, so will the toolkits. And that's exactly where my word of caution kicks in; they often don't notice something went wrong. Worst-case you end up with a dead phone which I'm trying to avoid.

Hi,
My mobile data no longer works. I've done a lot of research, tried every fix, to no avail. My WiFi works, it's only my mobile data.
Things I've tried:
Following this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/help/fix-brickloop-audio-fx-fc-efs-corrupt-t2879061
Completely reverting to stock
Flashing a stock, rooted 44S + radio files
Flashing ColorOS, and then flashing CM11S using this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/general/fix-people-corrupt-efs-mobile-data-t2836389
Sticking the SIM card in my Galaxy S3 to see if it works (spoiler: it does)
Restoring previous nandroid while data was working fine
Under ColorOS, I have a notification that says "The NV partition is invalid!". Just thought I'd mention that.
Stupid me didn't backup my EFS. No APNs, unknown IMEI, unknown baseband, etc.
I'm at a loss guys. I'd greatly appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Niko

It isn't the SIM that's the problem, your EFS partition is corrupt.

Hi Friends
The power button on my device does not unlock my phone (it is working well otherwise) also If I try to unlock using double tap to wake up, it does not happen. Here is what I did before this problem started:
I had stock CM11s (bootloader unlocked + rooted+TWRP), I backed up the ROM using TWRP. Then, I wanted to try out a few ROMs and hence I flashed MIUI Patchrom, then after using it for a few hours I flashed ColorOS by relic242, I used it for a day and then I flashed LiquidSmooth Lollipop current build. Then in the end I restored my CM11s using the TWRP restore. My oneplus logo is now red, please help me undo this. Also, I am having the unlocking problem which I described above + the oneplus logo at boot of my device is now red in color. please help.
Update: If I turn "prevent accidental wake up" off, the power button and double tap works, but if I turn it on these doesn't. Still buggy ! During calls the screen is always off, seems like there is a problem with the proximity sensor, which was not there earlier. Maybe after flashing any of those ROMs?
Thanks !

It's not neccesary true. On CM11 we need cm11 compatible modem, on cm12 - cm12 compatible modem. Wrong modem causes problem with screen off/on, he can try to flash compatible modem only and see if it helps

Don't you have adb/fastboot installed on your PC? You should face if you have an unlocked bootloader. Anyway, that feature isn't really necessary, you should just be able to copy a ROM zip from your PC to your phone and flash it. Or do as I suggested and flash the stock images.

The exact same way you unlocked it in the first place. Why did you lock it again?

There's no point to locking your bootloader, having the phone closer to factory doesn't actually achieve anything constructive. As you can see now it causes problems like this. So you have TWRP recovery installed still?

All you need to do is connect your phone to your PC and copy a ROM to your phone, then install it.

It should be wherever you pasted it onto your internal storage. You shouldn't need to copy a folder, only the ROM zip.

Actually, you can unlock your bootloader by flashing this:

Just flash it with TWRP recovery, and it'll unlock your bootloader.

If adb is working you can use adb sideload to flash it. Put the file in your adb/fastboot folder on your PC. Go into TWRP and connect your phone to your PC, go to the Advanced menu and select adb sideload, then swipe to start sideload. Open a command prompt from within your adb/fastboot folder (shift + right click, select open command prompt here), issue this command:
Code:
adb sideload OnePlusOne-BootUnlocker.zip
Wait for it to finish, and you should have an unlocked bootloader. You can confirm by putting the phone into fastboot mode and issuing this command:
Code:
fastboot oem device-info
