I'm looking for an audio recorder app with good sound quality. I've already tried Smart voice recorder, Easy voice recorder and Recforge but they are all terrible, i.e. with extreme automatic gain regulation which makes recordings really weird and useless.

does anyone know of a program that will record sound something like voice recorder but that can run in the back ground so its always recording
Anyone tried both CallRecorder and Incall recorder on a galaxy s2 (not rooted) I have incall recorder installed at the moment but my voice is very quiet on the recording but the persons voice I am calling is very good. Audio source is set to phone line (recommended) Is CallRecorder any better?
This belongs in the questions forum, not this forum. I would answer your question if I could but I'm on a different phone. I'm pretty sure In Call Recorder, which I have installed, will record both sides at full volume on your GS2 if you use speaker phone. Good luck.

Hello, when i record any voice with smart voice recorder, the volume of recorded voice is very very low. I have used it to record my class lectures. But now i'm unable to listen as the volume of the clips is too low..
Any solution?

I found my Moto G to have a similar problem with the stock app, recorded audio was almost impossible to understand due (in large part) to very high compression rates. Using a different app that allows you control over the quality of the audio helps, though the microphones on any phone are meant to pick up audio from much closer up than most other microphones. I really like Smart Voice Recorder, it's easy to use and has some great features. [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andrwq.recorder]

1) Moto g doesnt have a stock app for voice recording
2) I clearly mentioned that I had the problem with smart voice recorder. And you are suggesting me that same app.
3) I'm not sure which phone you are using and I dont think you even read my question
Hi,
Z3 Stock screen recording app always uses the MIC for audio souce. So it records my voice instead of the voice I hear in speaker (or headphoes). But I want to record the sound playing in the phone.
Any suggestions?
The apps I've tried do a good job recording the screen, but they record for the external mic so its recording the sounds from the speakers of the device, which just sounds horrible. Any apps that can record internally? I know there are programs on PC that record audio not from a mic?
Replay Viideo Capture
Sounds like "Replay Video capture" would work for you.
