rom not booting properly on kt kernel on kltspr ,boots to splash screen then goes black and stays like that i let it sit for about half hour nothing ,booted into rom with no custom kernel and boots fine .

First of all, GREAT ROM! Sadly I have to second what @kalico17 said about the WiFi. It scans and finds networks but won't connect. Thankfully LTE is working though.

Just clean flashed today's build, same issue with wifi it finds the networks and allows you to enter password but just says saved and never connects. Can't wait till this is fixed cause otherwise it's an awesome rom!
OK flash my last cm 11 ROM found on my site, then dirty flash this build.
wifi working on unencrypted networks
Discovered that wifi is working only on open networks, any encrypted networks it just says saved and won't connect.

Same problem with wi-fi as all others. It shows saved but does not connect. I also put in an incorrect password and it did the same thing, it only showed saved. It showed no notification of an incorrect password. No accept or reject.

I have cleaned flash a lot today so I no it works for me.
possible to flash future builds without having to clean wipe?
I'm just wondering if it will be possible to flash future builds without having to wipe the device. Whenever I've updated without wiping Google play services keeps FC'ing and I can't connect to play store. Sorry if I sound like a noob.

MMS not working with google messenger can't edit APN in settings
MMS is no longer working with Google Messenger, I tried to manually add Sprint MMS APN in cellular network settings but it won't save it. "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user" Hangouts mms is working, I just prefer the new messenger

I will fix the APN not available today, but MMS works fine here for me.
Hotspot
I recently flashed this rom over NE5 baseband, and I am not able to get hotspot to work. Do I need to be on NKD baseband?
reverted back to nd2 stuck on samsung screen
Title says it all... what did i do wrong here. Download the one touch restore to nd2 from rwilco.. Seemed to flash just fine, bu tit's been sitting on the samsung logo for almost 15 ins now?

i've just flashed v18 on PA rom, everything is fine except dt2w. i try gesture wake or performance control, but still not work. :crying:

You need enable Dt2w with faux clock or other tweaker
later go to Wake gestures and now it work
It does not work quite right ...
Although I can install the kernel, the camera does not work properly, try as abriral says "can't connect to the camera", everything else works fine ... but I can not help if the kernel does not work very well.

I had to fall back to 17+ because 18+ broke my native hotspot, is native hotspot working in 18+ yet??
Camera?
I love this kernel as its the only one that I know of that still has OC. But everytime I try to open any camera app, even stock, it says that it can't connect to the camera. Why does it do that? Is there something I did wrong?

old cam libs aren't for stock i guess..did the same to me. reflashing the kernel also didn't help.

I did my own patch with the libs from stock kk rom and it works. i can try to upload it but just flashing the stock rom should fix it

HI! i have updated my cyanogen mod at the ultimate nightly. Reflashed xperience-18 kernel, and every time i open the youtube app, i got an error and the app crash.
Every time i see an video in chrome, chrome beta, the audio is playing and the video is in black screen, still a few seconds and chrome crash.
i've done a fresh reinstall of cyanogen (with all wipes), then open youtube app and videos in chrome/chrome beta and all function ok. Then flash xperience kernel, and the problems come again.
Any ideas? some other people with the same issue?

Device turns on while chargin
I'm on PA + 18v (but tested v16 too) and devices turns on if you connect to charger while it's off.
Already tested with stock kernel from PA and phantom kernel and the problem dissapear.
Atached last_kmg.log (but I don't know if it would be something usefull)

I have the stock version installed on multirom (LRX21O) and i have a lot of problem with WiFi (i can't use proxy to connect in company network, it works after reboot but if i lose connection i have to reboot it again to make it working...).
This version is also affected by this problem or it's fixed? I read that Google fixed it in the OTA release for Nexus 4...

This is for the nexus 5, and I have not tested in a multirom setup and the Wifi works fine.

Yes i know, i have a Nexus 5 too. I read only that Google fix the problem of the WiFi in the OTA for Nexus 4. The normal WiFi works fine, i have problem (and like me all my colleagues having a N5 with Android 5) when we try to connect the phone to the internal network, that need a proxy server to surf on external host (so basically without it you can surf only Intranet).
It's like it doesn't solve the host (it doesn't work also using app like ProxyDroid, on 4.4.4 was working fine).
The problem is fixed if you reboot the phone leaving it connected to WiFi (so it connects automatically after rebooting), but if for whatever reason you lost the connection to the WiFi you have to reboot it again to make it working.
I don't know if i was enough clear explaining my problem

Previous builds unusable; fixed?
I tried three builds as they came out, up to the previous. They were all unusable because the error "Unfortunately, Update Device has stopped" kept appearing as fast as I could dismiss the message. I'm on Sprint using the stock lollipop radio and bootloader now but also tried using those that you linked to in OP, and got the same results. Is anyone else having this problem? What causes this? Has this been fixed yet, or is there a workaround? I wanted to try disabling it with pm disable, but can't find its name in pm -l. I'm putting off trying new builds until there's some indication of a solution.

Just watch the xposed site for updates to support ART. They predict that it may take a few months if they even do it at all.

Other users have posted bandaid solutions in the main thread. Three files from the stock ROM need to be added, because they're either missing from AOSP or incompatible.

My phone won't wake unless it's plugged in. I suspect its related to having a ton of apps installed. I'm going to try disabling a bunch.
What's with the double tap to wake option ? Does it have any drain like every other dt2w for nexus 5?

I think the sprint thing is fixed. Or at least myfluxi posted a fixed build on my thread a few days ago.

Is the quickboot working?
I have an issue. Nexus 5 on Sprint. Can't straight up flash this unless I flash the Sprintfix.zip. then boots fine...good signal... Just says no Sim when I pull down notification window. I can deal with that...my issue is the cm messaging app. The send arrow will not function to send the message. I can turn to landscape the arrow changes to a button with send on it...I click it and nothing happens. Like its dead. Anyone else On Sprint have this issue. Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. <br />

Download the Google keyboard. The swipe issue is a known problem with ASOP keyboard.

go to settings->apps->(All Tab)->Settings app and clear all data to redisplay dev options.

Tried this ROM. Really excellent UI and performance.
All worked perfect except some below
Are the issues in CM11 wrt call still exist or is it just for me?
- mic distortion - far end guy hears some weird noise especially if you are travelling in a vehicle
- very low in call volume, difficult to hear other person in crowded places, the stock JB ROM was crystal clear both mic and call volume.
- Frequent GPS signal drop if used for navigation.
I do not want to go back to boring xperia interface in stock JB, please please someone fix this call volume and mic stuff.

This really is an awesome ROM it's stable enough to be used as a daily driver, the bugs I experienced are:
1-Scanning Effect Glitch. (Common in CM and we are used to it already )
2-"AudioFX" crashes (Not frequent but yeah it crashed twice or even thrice)
3-Once you switch off developer options it disappears and there is no way to make it come back again, no matter how many times you tap the BUILD NUMBER it won't show up, to fix this you have to go to setting->apps->all tab->find "SETTINGS"->and clear its data. *Thanks to @nikkilesh who told me the solution for it*
4-After changing the "Display Density" in Settings under DISPLAY when i reboot the phone "LAUNCHER3" crashed frequently making the device unusable only way to fix this is to change Display Density to "0" i.e disable it and reboot again.

Go to sound > other sounds > vibration intensity.. Just move d slider to some value press ok and or set ur custom value..that should do it

if ur coming from stock ! u need to flash d latest ftf 1.17 for latest wifi modem !! after ftf do a clean install and flash !

Thanks for the fast respond ! Gonna do it right away, i still cant believe how smooth is this rom took my phone in new whole level (faster responds-lower ram usage-battery improve seems so..) even the camera is working better(quality)/faster tho when i change on front cam will crash but i wasn't using it anyway.. Thanks, it is working now but few hours ago I was changing the same and there was no reaction. I also downloaded some program to testing android and vibrations didnt work ;/ Maybe something wrong with my phone?
And unfortunately, echo came back. The person who I'm talking with hears themselve. Is it possible to fix that?

Hi, just here reporting this weird bug that I guess is for AudioFX (I'm using first beta, will reply again shortly when I've flashed the new beta)
When u are listening music with headphones and a notification arrives to the device, the notification sound makes the music goes softly and then after the sound it just go to the MAX limit, do u understand?. The music now has this weird distortion and you have to volume up/down to make it normal.
Using Beta 1. Happened with Deezer and Google Play Music. ROM's default notification sound.

Is there any link available for the work being done to this ROM Teoshan? If any, the official website dies not contain any folders for the xperia L as its unofficially I understand, I'd like to have access to any new builds if possible.. Thanks for a great ROM better than cm if you ask me!

I'm on this ROM quite a long time and its awesome very stable and smooth I'm glad I see it on xda

Can anyone point me towards the kernel used for this rom? And is the ak kernel compatible?
I'm using ak s kernel and it's running great no issues not that I had any with stock I just wanted to check it out
How can i change the "Skeleton" Reboot? I don't like it.

Hey nice work. I really love what you have done to the Oneplus. I do like the dark theme but it seems a bit too dark, don't you think? Can you have a switch in the settings from dark to light? lemme know if you can, so I can buy you a beer

Not able to boot this rom, I've tried philz and twrp recovery and several gapps and no success, always get bootloop
Any help??

I've had no major issues using Camera Next on any Validus build. Granted, I don't do anything terribly exciting just use it for photos, don't really shoot video, so I can't speak to that feature.

Sounds like you need to update your firmware. Have you tried flashing either the new modem or a recent cm12 build and wiping and then attempting flash Validus?

This question has been posed many times, and answered most recently in the pinned post in the GZR g+ community.
They are set on keeping the ROM dark, personally, I quite like it. However, you can use overlay or CM12 themes to alter the appearance of the settings and quick settings panel.

I thought so too, because my settings didn't stick after applying them. But all was well when I rebooted.
Multirom v30d
Multirom TWRP 2.8.4 - 01-24-15
Clean install Validus-LP-v7.0-2015-01-24-RC_bacon + GAPPS + Inject current boot sector on primary.
Setting the rom / Wifi not connecting. I moved near the router and Wifi connects and works good. Come back where I was initially and Wifi still running like a champ.
Restore backups of aplications & changing settings. (2h running Wifi)
Need to Reboot.
No Wifi anymore :/
EDIT: I have installed 2 other cm12 roms in secondary and the two give me bootloops. All are latest releases (newer than 01-16-15)
Validus Bacon for OnePlus One
Is there a way to update to the latest Bacn release without having to flash a new rom and losing all settings? I am new to this and not sure.

There is a considerably long delay before the display wakes up.

what firmware and baseband do i need to run this rom?
Can we dirt flash the new build?
Does dirty flashing work okay with the new build or do i need to start fresh? Coming from the 4-24 build to the 4-29 build.

1 How do you disable Nav bars?
2 Randomly apps icons will disappear from launch screen, and reappear when you rotate the screen.

I think I posted this question in the wrong thread.
I like the rom a lot, but two issues I found
1 How do I disable the Nav bar in the last rom?
2 Randomly apps will disappear from the home screen and only reappear if you rotate the phone sideways.
Navbars are in vm12 tweaks where it says navigation bar height choose hide
Looks like CM12.1 has issues with Gear 2 and the FM radio interface.
Tried two ROMs based off this and both apps failed with both ROMs. Need more development time.

Go into VM 12 tweaks and it's right on top... set nav bar height to 0dp.

I really like this rom. But I only have one problem with the 3g/4g. When I make a call the 3g/4g gets disabled. When I end the call the 3g/4g doesn't activate again. In order the get the 3g/4g back I have to restart my phone(I have a boost mobile phone) I already installed the boost mobile apn flashable zip For kltespr that you have on your page. Is there any suggestion that you can give me to fix this problem.

MMS, GPS, and data Issues
I don't know if it's incorrect APN settings, but this rom in general seems to take forever to send mms. It's anywhere between 15 minutes to 12 hrs to send the message, it doesn't matter if it's on wifi, 3g or LTE. Also, sometimes when coming off wifi my phone won't reconnect to data, and requires a reboot to finally pick it up again.
Also, it will pick up a gps location, but will never track me. For instance, maps shows where I originally got a lock and then doesn't move. It's really odd.
I'm on the 5/23 build, and I flashed it clean.

I tried to install the rom. It gets to the boit screen and stops there. I did a clean install. Any suggestions?
