[Completed] Airtel 4G India Not Working on my Samsung S5 Dual Sim brought from Dubai.

Dear Team,
I have Samsung S5 Dual Sim which was bought from Dubai by my friend. This does not support 4G in India. Spoke to Airtel and they told me that 4G will not work in this mobile as it does not support the 4G Bandwith. Have been using this mobile from Past 5 months
Is there any way this can be resolved ?? If so, Kindly Guide me

Hello Neel, and welcome to XDA!
So judging by the bands, and finding out that Airtel uses 1800 (Band 3) and 2300 MHz (Band 40), your phone is only partially supported. It has Band 3, though not Band 40.
Problem being, most providers use one band for uplink and the other for downlink. If Airtel does that as well, you are out of luck.
There are rarely tricks of the trade for this, but you can ask for options (if any) in the following thread:
> Samsung Galaxy S 5 > Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > Galaxy S5 G900FD
Please note, you will need to have an XDA account in order to post there.
Hope this helps, and good luck!

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 3G to 4G

Hello. As you know, Note 3 is not compatible with the N900 4.5G, but it is compatible with the N9005 4.5G. Will 4.5G work if I connect the N9005's network to my own device, the N900?
