Hi to all the existing Indian L users, I just have a small question. I have ordered an xperia L from eBay however the one I received is a C2105 model and not C2104, is anyone using the C2105 model in India as received by the company and not facing any problem.

No. You have to port the ROM first.
Look around, I'm sure there are other great Custom-ROMs for your Xperia device
Another thing to think of with the custom rom is that it supports your carriers drivers. Whats the good of a custom rom if your data doesn't work.
