I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device. A lot of times flashing a rom not made for our devices can destroy them unfortunately.
You can try asking for help here, but you need to be more specific about your device make and model number. I can find nothing on XDA about a u9592. Is it Android? Windows?

you will get a recovery for a mt6575 device, you need to port it maybe. make a backup of your device first!! google will help here, too (Sp Flash tool, gscript, mtk droid tools are important words)
Hey developers , i am a newbie and bricked my andy. Please help me revive it. I installed custom ROM on my Zen Ultrafone 701 HD and was working fine for around 3 months and then started giving problems i had to install back the factory ROM and i did so; I didn,t take any backup before installing custom ROM so found some link which said ROM for my device. I installed, worked for 2~3 days and now my andy is fully dead/bricked doesn't respond in any way but when connected to PC its detecting my MTK device. I tried all the available versions of "SP Flash Tool" and tried to follow the steps, it shows its downloading and within 5~6 seconds it stops and get a pop-up with BROM "Error 3149" I have tried on different systems, USB cable too. Please developers help me resolve this, Thanks in advance.

I have tried all whats mentioned in the link you provided, it didn't help out. Please find the attachment of Errors i get when use Download only and Firmware -> upgrade features! Any other help appreciated
I'm afraid it's a hardware issue and you'll have to send it to the manufacturer or possibly a local cell phone repair shop.

I just recovered a Bricked phone.
It is a 6.0 Kazam Trooper2
My brother was trying to flash the rom with trooper2 5.0 ... without making a backup.
I get an error DRAM 4032 with Flashtool.
I contacted Kazam but they do not seem to be in a hurry to send me the original rom.
My only recourse is to find someone that makes a backup of the same model that could well shared.

If you mean the doesn't work on the TV box but you want to make it work so it can work on any device, you will have to modify/port the app to work on the specific device that you want it to work on.
