[APP][4.0+] BB Notifier - Android Apps and Games

BB Notifier is a software suite that notifies you about incoming phone calls or messages-notifications from phone apps. It shows messages on your home computer every time you have incoming phone call or notification. All the notifications shown on phone will be shown on PC.
It may be quite handy if you leave your phone in a bag or at another room often.
Messages are sent to your home PC via WiFi, they are encrypted. Messages are only sent when your phone is connected to specified WiFi network (other networks will be ignored).

Talk about using technology to solve a problem that doesn't exist. If you have to remember to connect WiFi (needed by the app), why wouldn't you just teach yourself the habit of leaving your volume ON, if you can't bear to miss anything?
If you're waiting for a call/text/whatever, you'll remember to have your notifs ON, if you're half sharp. What if you use 3G/4G and don't have Wifi?
pointless.

I definitely like it. Good idea and probably wasn't too difficult to code. But I just wanna say.... Google Voice. Sorry, had to put that out there.

If it did this with texts and allowed me to reply that would be more useful. Newer phones support Bluetooth so the house phone rings when I get a call. Text messages would be a lot more convenient IMHO. But thank you for making this.

You may be on your computer listening to music with your headphones on and your phone on a surface that absorbs the vibration (has happened here). So you miss the call/txt/whatever.
No, it's not pointless. And for people spending a lot of the time on the desktop sounds quite useful. Remember, your needs aren't everybody else's needs.

If you're missing that dll, you can try to install MSVC 2013 redistributable: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 But it may affect Win7+ version only, XP+ version should work without it.
if server is working, but you cannot connect to it, most probable causes are:
1. Port is blocked by PC firewall - you may try to add exception to it or temporary disable it for test (temporarily!!! just for test, then enable it back).
2. Check that you've typed password and SSID key (WiFi network name where phone is connected to) properly. You should pay attention to capital and small letters.

SSID is the name of WiFi network where your phone is connected too. You can check it in you phone WiFi settings. This parameter is an additional protection against data leaks - if your phone will automatically connect to some other network (free WiFi network in restaurant, for instance), it will not send data about your calls.

You must install x86 MSVC 2013 redistributable pack to run this application! Pack x64 does not help....
But it does not work, I don't know how...Everything typed correctly...
EDIT: The problem was in ssid, even so it was typed correctly. It works with general ssid... I don't know if it is publicable so if you have same issue write the author...

i dont get the server address part
can anyone tell me about it
thanks

Similar problems here, can't receive TEST MESSAGE.... Windows 8.1 x64
Everything seems to work (both server and client), Windows Firewall disabled since day one, Kaspersky temporary disabled, SSID written correctly, and new generated password perfectly written on client.

Server Address is the IP address of you computer. But it is referred to the IP your computer has INSIDE YOU HOME NETWORK, not the one you get from your ISP to get outside on the internet. To see what's your PC's IP address, have a look into the details (or properies) or your WIFI connection in Windows (if you are cable connected to your router, check details of your LAN connection in Windows)

Enter the name of your WIFI network. This is to let your phone know that it has to send notifications only when it's connected to your own WIFI network.
Never mind if your PC is connected via ethernet cable or WIFI, the important thing is that you have to tell Android that the SSID you want to use, is the one generated by the router where you connect with your PC as well.

If it cannot send message for no reason, please try to enter #anyID# in the SSID field. For some reason (yet unknown) sometime phone gives incorrect SSID name. I cannot reproduce it here, but I'm working on it If this trick would work, I would really appreciate if you send me your SSID (as private message) - that would help me to detect the problem.

Server address is IP address of your PC where BB Notifier Server is installed (where you want to receive notifications). In most cases your can use your PC name instead of IP, but this is not 100% reliable method (that depends on your network settings).
You can check your PC name if you right click on Computer, then choose Properties.
You can check your IP in Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections, choose proper network interface there (the one that is used for internet connection, in most cases, there will be only one there). There, click on "Details" and look at IPv4 address. Another way is to type "ipconfig" in command prompt and check IP address in the output.

[Tool] BROWSIX: Access your phone from any browser

I recently released Browsix. If you install my app, you can do the following from another PC in your local network:
Download, upload, delete, rename,... all your files using the file manager (PC <=> Phone)
View your photos.
Listen to your music.
Watch your videos
Send and receive SMS messages
All you need is a regular browser on a PC in the same local network as your phone. Just point your PC's browser to www.browsix.com and you will be redirected to your phone (without configuring Bluetooth, USB cables,...). Sounds great?!
You can find Browsix in the Android market.

Thought the same
And still waiting for more crazy users than me to try it if it is good or not.
Add me to that waiting list as well.
Tried the site and no sign of malicious activity.
EDIT - didn't realize WiFi is required. Works great!
Hi Guys,
I really appreciate your interest. Now it's up to me to convince you that we are not into spam I just thought it would be great if you could point your browser to a web page and then be redirected to your phone. That's why I developed this tool, and it took quite some time actually. Some more explanation: What we actually do is show a link on the browsix.com home page when the Browsix application is installed, you will notice that this is a local IP address (you have to be connected via Wifi). So if you click the link, you will be redirected to your phone, which will serve all the requests. The tool you install on your android phone is actually a lightweight webserver.
@Phateless: Did you try the top links on the home page. For instance, if you click the Photos link, you should see a photo slideshow. Did that not work for you? What browser are you using? Of course you will not see the photos on your phone You will have to install the application for that.
Just to make things clear: None of your data (photos, music, files, etc..) is stored on our server. We only store you local IP address.
We are still in early development so I really appreciate all your suggestions, bug reports, etc. And believe me, I'm not a spammer. Is there any another way for me to prove this?
Thanks,
Stijn

We go a few steps further. We have separate pages for photos, music and video where you can view your media. On top of that we provide a file manager that you can use to copy/manage files between a PC and your phone, in both ways .
I also have an exciting new feature to announce!!
- The ability to send and receive SMS text messages in your browser.
I use it to respond to my text messages when my phone is on my desk and my browser is opened anyway.
This feature is still in BETA, so I hope I will get tons of feedback to further improve it.
See you later!
What's the difference between the lite and paid versions? Or is it a donate?
EDIT: Ah, nevermind. Found it on your website.

The paid version has: Fullscreen support, Ads-free local pages, Extra file manager features and much more to come...

Hi seboj,
Were you connected via WiFi? Your computer should be in the same local network as your phone (basically behind the same router).
It's started randomly force closing on me for the last few days, when it wasn't even open that I knew of.
Any ideas?

I think both your problems have something to do with the new SMS feature (are you both using android 2.2 ?).
A bit technical: I implemented a BroadcastReceiver for the SMS messages. This means that when you receive an SMS, the receiver upgrades a counter and stores some properties of the SMS so Browsix can use them. I will add some more error checking and publish a new version to the market. (EDIT The broadcastreceiver is now only registered when browsix is enabled)
If you still have the same problem with the new version, can someone check the output of LogCat? That would be a great help.
Thanks for your patience,
Stijn
EDIT: A new version is published to the market. Please let me know if it works for you.

Can you give me a basic on logcat? I've heard the term and I'm fairly comfortable with adb, just haven't used logcat yet.
You can use
Code:
adb logcat
to print out log messages. More information can be found at http://developer.android.com/guide/developing/tools/adb.html#logcat
I think we can find the problem if you use the following (this will print error messages, you will have to enable usb debugging on your phone):
Code:
adb logcat *:E

Yeah once you disable it works again. I have no idea how this works but it's awesome.
I am also wondering if you can goto a Starbucks or connect to a schools wifi and block everyone or if public wifis have something that my home wifi doesn't that won't let this work. I wonder if there's anyway to get caught using this.

If an IT person was trying to figure out what went wrong, they could figure out what manufacturer made the device (using the MAC address) and then go searching through people's pockets and bags to see what Samsung device is doing it. Will you get caught doing it at a Starbucks? No way.
Also, yes it will work on a public hotspot well.

Hell yeah!
Freakin awesome app! Ha.
Will this only work for LAN connections? Such as lets say an Xbox connected to the same network but thru wire instead of wireless?

Too bad that I can't install it in my Sgs2, it says isn't compatible!!
EDIT:
My bad, I've set the dpi to 220 and the market doesn't allowed me to download it!

It's the same idea as FaceNiff (I'm a developer of it also), basically it sends ARP Reply's to all of the devices in the network fooling them to think that your mobile is router. And then all of the devices try connecting to network THROUGH your device... and you just drop every single packet from them. In this version it's just dropping packets but maybe later I'll try adding some sort of primitive REJECT target. If anyone is interested in adfree version it's available on slideme as a donation And the projects site is actually a forum over here: http://forum.ponury.net/
This is a freaking awesome app. Not only does it do what it's designed for. It can help you see who all is connected to your home network. Thanks for your work on this. This app will be put on my list of must keep apps.
hey nice idea
but when i i tried to scan for devices on the network it said my rom didnt have somekind of binary/netfilter help plz ?

I try fixing it along with some other bugs. Maybe today there will be a new release
New update (v1.1) added a few features and fixed that iptables/netfilter bug, just uncheck the "use iptables" in settings.

This app depends on the network configuration in some networks each device is placed in separate VLANs and rendering it impossible to use this app, but it should work on most networks.
Works (on wifi only, not on wired but that's the idea anyway), but I can't turn it off. It says shutting down but it stays ON.

[APP][2.1+] FTP Server Ultimate - FTP, SFTP, FTPS server with multi-user, no-root

Unlike other FTP Server apps we have released an FTP Server with almost all the features you can think of. Some features FTP Server Ultimate has and most other apps don't have:
- Add multiple users: and give every user their own root, allow write access and force stay in given root directory
- Run FTP server over SSL (FTPS Implicit) to have a secure connection
- Or run FTP server over SSH (SFTP) to be even more secure! With even support for Secure Copy (SCP) and public key authentication.
- Run multiple servers at the same time!
- Extensive logging!
- No root needed!
And more features:
- Start/Stop a FTP server automatically when connected/disconnected from a specified WIFI network, or on boot
- Optionally only allow specified IP addresses to access a FTP Server
- Add a Dynamic DNS Updater using the local or public IP of your device
- UTF-8 support
- Optional anonymous access
- The FTP Server can be accessed from the web (for example through your 3G connection) if supported by your mobile network
- No more need for an USB cable
- Share files with other devices
You can download it for free from Google Play (see the link below). I would appreciate it if you could leave a message stating what you think of the app, whether it works ok and whether you are missing anything. Quite some time has been put into it.

How come I can't run a server on a port below 1024?
That is a limitation of Android. However, you can try out our app Port Forwarder Ultimate which allows you to access the server on a port below 1024! So you can for example run it on port 21.
All feedback is welcome!
No feedback yet? I would really appreciate it if someone could try it out and let me know what you think of it. I really have put some time into it
Thanks
Did anyone try the app yet?
I tried it just now!
I dig it!
A suggestion if I may:
Add a little more dummy-proofing like tell them their connect string is "ftp://192.168.0.7:41839/" or whatever... and for both public and local URLs. Instead of just letting them know their current port number and IP addresses, etc. People familiar with FTP and FTPS will get it but n00bs will get lost.
In all I dig it tho! I'll use it!
Thanks man!

Vibrate on Connect (with my Galaxy Note SC-05D) isn't working.
And a status window with connected users (IP and/or login_name) and current operation (sending, receiving, CD folder name, etc) would be really nice - and in the basic version - it's kind of a safety thing IMO. Then press-holding on a user name should bring up an option panel menu: Kick, Kick-ban IP, Kick-Ban UserName, (and in the pay version: Send message).
Here's a little treat for ya... Opened into PhotoShop directly from my SC-05D phone:

Now all I need is a gopher server and I'll be in retro-la-la-land! (j/k of course)

This got featured on the XDA portal!
Downloading and reviewing just for the sake of the hard work you put.
I'm having problems (Can't connect) using this with my Samsung GT-7100 Galaxy Note II.
I think is not an App problem but from the device. Every time i try to connect I'm getting this message : "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server"
Using other FTP Server and same result.
Never had this issue with my other device Galaxy S III.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?
Thanks

Good to hear it works. About accessing from the web, you will need to use the public IP (visible under the info button on the start screen of the app). However, depending on your internet provider it might not work (some internet providers block it). If you use it through wifi you would need to enable port forwarding.

Yes, however, this app will be updated faster and is way less intensive to run on your device, since it's focused on FTP.

Hello I'm a bit of a noob at the whole FTP thing. I downloaded the app, set up the server, and enabled port forwarding on my router. How do I gain access to the server? When I type my public ip into the url bar it just goes to my router login. I'm confused...
Thanks for any help!
Edit: I tried switching to 3G. I got a different public IP but I still got a "could not connect" error in the browser.
Sidenote-When I slide up the log menu it shows the different servers underneath, like there's no background in the log menu.

Server SSID Behaviour
Hi and thanks for putting this out. I've added, run and connected to a SFTP server with no problems But here's my problem - I'd like the same server to run on multiple SSIDs (e.g. my home and work ones).
When I tick the "start server when connected to selected wifi network" box I can only enter a single SSID and have the server start automatically when a connection comes up. I took a long shot and tried entering my two SSIDs with common delimiters (comma, semi-colon, backslash etc.) but no dice - the server wouldn't start automatically when connecting to either SSID (which wasn't unexpected as it's worded in the app to indicate whatever is entered is meant to be a single SSID). In the log I could see the server stop when wifi went down, log when wifi was connected to any SSID and when a server started and stopped.
I then tried creating an exact copy of the first server but with a different SSID set. Upon trying to save the second new server the app warned about two servers using duplicate ports and wouldn't let me save it. Fair enough but, with the particular settings, neither server should be running at the same time i.e. they are both set to only run when connected to different SSIDs. Picky picky I know
I also tried leaving the SSID field blank.The thinking here was that, when left blank, it would try and start the server when any SSID was connected.
To summarise... the ability to start a server on: any wifi connection, multiple named SSIDs or a single SSID would be great.

hi:
I set up the sftp server without problem, but when i tried to access i got an error.
I tried to connect with:
ssh -p serverport [email protected]
sftp [email protected]
sftp serverip
But i get,
for ssh:
ssh: connect to host serverip port sererport: Connection refused
for sftp:
Connecting to serverip
ssh: connect to host serverip port 22: Connection refused
Connection closed
However, i connected with winscp without problem.
So, do you have any idea of why i can't connect with ssh and sftp?
And if i could solve the problem, can i use scp?

Ah, it sounds like you forget using the port number. For example, you have an FTP server running on port 2121 with internal IP 192.168.1.54 and enabled port forwarding on your router to forward outside port 2121 to inside IP 192.168.1.54 and port 2121. Now you can access the FTP server using your public IP, for example 123.123.123.123
However, you need to specify the port number when using the IP. If you use a browser, type: ftp://123.123.123.123:2121/ That should work.
Let me know!

Ok, so client and server are on the same wifi. The server is, for example, running on 192.168.1.54 and port 2121, now on the client (probably a computer) use the browser and type in ftp://192.168.1.54:2121/
Let me know whether it worked!

Good idea! Great to hear you tried all those options but unfortunately at this moment only one SSID can be specified. However, as soon as we thought of 2-3 more servers to add for the update we will also include the ability to select multiple SSID's

Good point, the SFTP server only supports SFTP commands and will work great with all SFTP clients, however, SSH commands are not all supported. You can try the linux sftp command.
However, we also released an SSH Server (on Play) which also supports SFTP and SCP. So if you try that app you can connect through SSH commands from the command line.
Let me know whether it worked.

I don't know why this happens, I hope you can help me. I could let it like this because with ssh command it is enough for me but it bothers me xd.

[APP] WebSharing 2.0: view/transfer files/media via browser/WiFi

WebSharing is an app that lets you view/transfer files and media between your Android device and a computer using a Web browser over a Wi-Fi network. The 1.x version line has been out for an age (since '09), this thread is about 2.0 and future development.
The 2.0 beta is currently available, I'd greatly appreciate any help testing it. See next post for info on obtaining it via Google Play Store beta channel and/or direct download.
The most significant improvements in 2.0 (vs 1.x) are:
Drag-and-drop file/folder uploading (included in the free version, without any limitations).
Holo UI in the Android app, and in the web browser.
Flash is no longer required for advanced features (they're all implemented in HTML5 with Flash fallback).
Still no ads.
To start using WebSharing, make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi, then open the app and tap the "Start" button. You'll see a screen like the one below:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Follow the directions on the screen, pointing your computer's Web browser at the address shown. You'll then see a WebSharing welcome screen that looks like this:
Enter the random generated password and click "Continue". (You can set a permanent custom password in the settings, if you prefer.)
Once you're logged in, you can browse around the filesystem. Double-click to open or download items. Single click to select them. Ctrl+Click to select multiple items. Use the pulldown menu in the upper left corner perform file operations, or just right-click on files.
WebSharing 2 has an all-new HTML5-based file upload system:
Files can be uploaded by dragging them into the browser window.
You can drag multiple files in at once.
If you use Google Chrome, you can upload entire folder hierarchies by dragging them into the browser.
You can drag in more files while files are uploading, they'll be added to the queue.
You can navigate to other folders while files are uploading, and then drag files into those locations. They'll be added to the queue as well.
You can also use the "File" menu to upload files if you'd prefer not to use drag-and-drop.
Older browsers can still use legacy file upload controls.
You can click anywhere in the upload progress area to see a detailed view of upload progress.
In 2.0, the multiple file upload system is now a free feature (in 1.x, only the paid version allowed multiple file upload via a Flash-based control).
All of this is provided in the free version, without any limitations.
When files are dragged in (or uploaded using the File menu), the progress bar will appear at the bottom of the screen:
All the features shown up to this point are completely free. Like FX File Explorer and WebSharing 1.x, the paid version of WebSharing adds media support, i.e., direct access to music, photos, and videos.
In the full version, you can click the music tab to browse/play music. Double-click on a track to start streaming music from the phone to the web browser. You can listen to streamed music while performing other tasks.
You can browse music by track, artist, album, or playlist. The screenshot below shows the by-album view. Music can be directly uploaded by dragging files into the music view. Files uploaded here will be placed in a folder that you configure in the app's settings (the default is the "Music" folder on your device's primary storage/SD Card).
Clicking the photos tab allows you to browse all images stored on the device. The new "Thumbnail Size" slider can be used to zoom in/out.
WebSharing uses my usual free/paid model:
* Free version is free, paid version is cheaper than dirt.
* No ads in either version.
* Free version is not a watered down trial with a bunch of limitations. It's very usable and many users will only need it.
* The paid version adds more stuff.
* Neither version phones home, collects personal information, or does any other "doubleplusungood" things.

Tod, I installed the Lite version which works fine with my phone (N4). But I can't get a Wi-Fi connection with my tablet (N10). Restarted my router, toggled Wi-Fi, but still unable. Diagnostics shows it's unable to ping, yet it's able to make an internet connection. Both devices are running 4.3 AOKP. What should I check?

In the diagnostics, does it show a "wlan0" item (or similar) with a valid IP address?
And WiFi is the only means this thing could get to the internet, correct?

Yes, IP is valid. Right, the N10 is Wi-Fi only. I did try using my N4 as a hotspot and got the same results, so I guess that takes my router out of the equation. Here are a couple of screenshots of the diagnostics window:

One more question that I forgot to ask...is it accessible if you just enter the address anyway, or is it just the diagnostics that are failing?
I have seen a lot of issues with the ping command on custom ROMs on the N10. I forget if you were one of the reporters of this, but with FX, the feature where it checks if network hosts are available was causing N10s with certain ROMs to spontaneously reboot. The exact same code ping library is being used in FX and WebSharing (which in turn just calls /system/bin/ping).

Aha, it is accessible on my PC (but I don't have the password to enter).
Yes, I remember that ping issue with FX (even remember which ROM it was). But both my N4 and N10 are currently on the same ROM (4.3 AOKP official). Are different libraries used anyway? If you like, I could try another ROM and see if that makes a difference.
Edit: Curiously got the best of me, . I flashed a different ROM (Purity 4.3, which is JWR based, as opposed to AOKP which is JSL), and, sure enough, no problem with ping. So I guess it is specific to certain manta ROMs. Is it possible to have similar settings as in FX to disable the ping command, or is that essential to the app's function?

Yes, I remember that ping issue with FX (even remember which ROM it was). But both my N4 and N10 are currently on the same ROM (4.3 AOKP official). Are different libraries used anyway? If you like, I could try another ROM and see if that makes a difference.

The ping bug I've seen was pretty specific to the Nexus 10 (but might have seen one other device do it too). I still find the general ping problem the oddest bugs I've seen. I have at least three reports of it from N10 users on three different ROMs.. I want to say AOKP, CM10.1, and maybe Paranoid Android as well. I think some have fixed it, but I have no idea what the underlying problem was.
You can disable the connectivity monitor altogether, go into Settings->Network Settings and then uncheck "Connectivity Monitor". That might completely fix this problem.
I think I'm going to disable this feature by default in the next version. It was initially implemented to work around issues with certain devices that would shut WiFi off or otherwise put it into a lower power mode that would often cause it to drop connectivity. Devices would enter this mode when the screen was turned off. The Nexus One was particularly offensive in this case. There's now a far better workaround in WebSharing (and FX) for this issue, i.e., using a "high performance" WiFi lock. This API flag to use the "high performance" lock was documented in Android 2.3 or 3.0, but was undocumented in 2.1, 2.2., and possibly 2.3 (though it's existed since 2.1 I believe). On these devices, a "normal" WiFi Lock wasn't adequate, so WebSharing would alert the user if it saw connectivity drop out, and more importantly, briefly turn the screen on and off. The connectivity monitor itself was left in as it still can be a useful feature.
Works fine with my phone (LT26i, CM10)!

It was Mr. Robinson's Buttered AOKP 4.2.2 that had the problem. This is how you explained it:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40751452
I passed along the info to them and it was fixed in a subsequent release, but re-emerged later, so I stopped using that ROM. I've seen it once in 4.3, but I forget which ROM.
Disabling connectivity monitor in Settings does fix things. The curious thing, though, is that it is enabled in FX and there are no problems. Aren't both apps using the same mechanism to ping?

Ping command does appear to be the same between FX and WebSharing. It could also be that everything's working fine and the router just isn't set up to respond to pings.
working on my phone ... locally branded chinese phone with MTK6577 chipset, ICS rom ... :good:
very cool, good work man!
Awesome app :good:
Also Webdav works good.
There's a translation error in the advanced settings (paid beta version):
What is the advantage over Airdroid?

They are similar, both good.
This one is simple, doesn't require account, has webdav support (so you can add the phone as a web folder in Windows).
I usually use ES to share files between PC and phone, but a desktop browser interface with integrated viewer/player is a good alternative.

This is the second time you said "webdev", when what I think you mean is "webdav". Maybe you have some auto correct on, but if not I just thought it would help those that may not know what it is.

[Q] Can't connect to the desktop version, but working on website

Hi everyone !
I'm glad that you've developped a desktop version of AirDroid
So I wanted to try it (using a MAC) but I can't connect with my login... (you can't see the screenshot attached)
Though, it perfectly works when I try to connect to the AirDroid website :/
Any idea why it doesn't work ?
Thanks for helping !
Same here but I'm getting an actual error message "Failed to sign in.(-21000)". Would love some help as well.
Info:
Airdroid Version - 0.1.5.2
Mac OS X Version - 10.9.4
Case closed : an update of the client fixed it

I was getting Failed to connect to the server (-21000) on the Windows client (up to date), but disabling my corporate firewall allowed it to work. I tried tracking the ports it used so I could just whitelist those, but it seemed to jump around a lot (also I wasn't sure which traffic was from AirDroid and what was from other stuff on my computer). Would love the developers to publish those ports for us.

Yes me too, please official support could you publish the ports to open on firewall?
Firewall Rules
If you are getting error 21000 or 26000 you must allow the following outgoing tcp connections in your firewall (including port!):
- ec2-54-227-249-159.compute-1.amazonaws.com:6969
- push.airdroid.com:8098
arghh....
so much for getting this working at work...
Got the same problem - I cannot login, neither with login/password and Google account. I've got Eset firewall, but whether I turn firewall and protection on and off, I get the same error: -10011. I cannot find any information about it on support site and Google. Any ideas?
I've just found out about AirDroid and what a fantastic feature is this! I'm really delighted even with just the idea
To add a feedback; I can cannot via the desktop program if I'm on the same network. But I cannot connect via program (in fact, I can connect but mirroring doesn't work) if my phone is on another network.
