when it will installed is this going to show in main menu ???? or if yes then how can we hide it... is this can happen that without root we can uninstall previous and make this Default ... ??? any one plz tell me the procedure

you can make it the default keyboard
Ist method
go to setting---> language & input ----> default ----> select lollipop keyboard as default
2nd method
go to setting---> language & input ----> deselect the android keyboard (AOSP)
your lollipop keyboard become deault

MIUI on XT311

Dear All
at last i am able to install MIUI interface on Motorola fire XT311
here is step by step guide
First of all root your Xt311
after rooting reboot the XT311 then install link2SD software and super user, which are available at Google play
then convert link2SD to system application though link2SD and reboot XT311
then install attached MiHome.apk at your X311 and Mihome your default launcher and convert Mihome to system application though link2SD and reboot the XT311.
now Mihome will be your default launcher so enjoy the MIUI interface on your XT311
however if you want remove the Motoswitcher then convert into to user application through link2SD and then remove it.
Please note do not update the MIUI with new one otherwise it will not work
Futhermore if you want app drawer then download it from Google Play and convert it to system application
This app must having for your android device

If you want it too, follow these steps.. Thanks to @amk19
1. SQL Editor -> Apps -> Settings Storage -> Settings.db -> System
2. Search for "lockscreen" and click on "lockscreen_wallpaper_transparent" and then change it's value to 1
3. Search for "systemui" and click on "android.wallpaper.settings_systemui_transparency" and then change it's value to 1
You won't even need to restart your phone.. The changes were instantly visible to me..

in this theard i will learn you to make Status and Navigation Bar like Lollipop..
we will use Xposed Modules:
1)-Xinstaller
2)-Flat Styled Coloered Bars
first install "Xinstaller Module"...activate it and reboot your devices .
then open it and go to "Installations" then check option "checking SDK version"
after do the first step go to xposed again and install "Flat Styled Coloered Bars" with version 1.0.5 then activate it and reboot
NOTE Install version 1.0.5 not Lastest version
after Reboot go to any App using Material Design and show status bar and navigation...

1) InnJoo-One-3G Mobile Running On KitKat ROM...
2) Rooted InnJoo-One-3G ==> Rooting Method...
3) MobileUncle-Tool App ==> Download Link...
Please Note That This Recovery Will Not Work With Stock Lollipop
Assuming Your Mobile is Rooted And MobileUncle-Tool App is Already installed
Download This Custom Recovery ==> TWRP Download Link...
And Copy This Recovery into The Main Folder Of internal-Storage or SD-Card
Now Follow These Steps:
Open MobileUncle-Tool App
Grant Root Permission
Click/Tap On "Recovery Update" Option
Select "InnJooOne3G-KK-TWRP-recovery-By-EnerJon.img" File
Click OK Button, Now Your Mobile Will Reboot into Recovery Mode...
Done!
Now The First Thing You Should Do is, Make Stock ROM Backup...
