Is possible to add new languages in Creed's Rom v4:good: ? If it's how to add plz help I whant to add Romanian language

but i want add arabic Language because iam from egypt ^_^

I have poerted a custom rom ( miniROM TouchwizUX Inspired v3 ) to my samsung 5570i.The dev did not installed the french language.Can someone help me to add this language to my device. I am a begginer ,if possile a zip folder will be easy to instal it by CWM.
guys i need S7500L stock zip ROM with persian\arabic support in menu and options .... appriciate if you can guide me ...

GT-S7500L is a Latin version of ace plus so i don't think that you can find arabic...
