You can root it using frmarooot very easily.
Make sure you have SuperSU and busybox installled.
It worked with me .
I have a rooted iball slide 3g7803Q-900 tablet....i could use some help finding custom os like cyanogen mod or others and custom kernel for this tab....googling did not help me in any way.....links to such custom os or kernel or both is highly appreciated...
