My LG f100L phone is restarting constantly. It work fine most of the time when battery power more than 60%. but when it come down around 60% it starting restart. It comes to the boot screen and booting again and again. Sometimes this happening when battery full and Data On. If i put my phone in to airplane mode phone work fine until the battery ends. In my country there are no suitable battery for that. so i have to import it from EBAY or something. Before buying a new battery , can you please tell me guys , is this a battery problem ? Thanks.

i have i9100 which was on 2.3.5. i did something stupid with it and rooter my phone ,upgraded to RR JB Rom with Siyah kernel. Since then my phone was very cranky. the battery used to drain down very fast. read a few threads and turned the wifi off when on sleep, never went to 3g network and i used it only for phone calls and msgs but it still wouldn't stay longer than 3-4 hrs before the battery drains.
a little later to add to my misery, the phone used to shutdown randomly. each time this happens i connect the charger and power it on. when the charger is connected, the battery shows 80% but when removed phone shuts down.
i tried to re-calibrate the battery going to recovery mode nogo.
so i decided to downgrade to ICS. i am now on an official ROM by Ssamsung for S2. Un-rooted the phone. same issue here as well. i open you tube , Fb, Dolphin Browser, the phone shuts down. i think this is happening only when i use internet.
i don't see wipe battery stats at all now in recovery mode to re-calibrate my battery.
i am stuck and need help. very close to throwing this phone away and settling with a cheaper one. please help!!!!!!!

Last time my HTC Desire S random shuts down with enough battery percentage.
When i reboot my phone says he has left 1% battery and automaticly shuts off.
I am running 10,1-CM-Andromadus-SAGA-22.
It's is getting annoying. Never had problems with this rom version.
When i put it on flight mode there is no problem.
When the phone is on a charger he will stay on.
Can someone help me?

Its possible that your battery might be on the verge going kaput. In flight mode, the phone is not consuming a lot of power so it will last a while. Just take your battery out and see if it is bulging out on the surface. If it is, then it is definitely on the edge and needs to be replaced.

so this is exactly what happened .. the tablet was working very good, no battery problems at all, then there was a day when i forgot to charge it, and it reached 0% battery and turned off.
I put it in the charger for a few seconds, it showed a loading screen (the one before it shows it's charging) but then before the charging mode was up i plugged it off(idiocy i know) .
It then kept stuck on the loading sign, and kept like that for a few minutes until it had no charge again. After that it didn't accept any charging and kept stuck on the loading screen. powering it up leaded to a boot loop, and when i tried recovery it worked but still not charging. I had no time then so i left it around for like a month and now it doesn't even power up at all even when charger is plugged.
is the problem with the battery or is it something else ?

I've bought an used Z3 dual couple days ago,and after having it for some days now I noticed that the battery jumps around,for example from 88% to 50% then 32% then goes back to 88%..
That usually happens when I'm running heavy apps,like camera which caused a phone overheating as far as I noticed.
Anyways,Yestrday I fully charged the phone and when I plug it from the charger it does down to 50%,it stayed at that level for almost 24hours.Few hours ago the phone suddenly the phone turn off (while the battery was still 50%).But After putting the phone in the charger,the phone keep showing "charging icon" and turning off.It was like this for 30min and it is not charging at all..
Have anyone been in the same situation before ? What could be the problem ? and how would I solve it ?

That sounds like the phone battery is literally dying.
Don't think that it is a software problem you could solve on your own.
You could try this though, doesn't hurt if you do the Method 1:

when i plug it on a charger while of it shows a normal charging image but how it switches from one animation to the other so i can see the status of battery percent it's like a short on the screen happened
it chargers to 100 but when i switch it on it shows mybe 95 but never 100 and if i connect it to a charger to get to 100 it only decreases
it gets warm now days which did not happen and it like drains 50% overnight which is obviously not normal. these two days the battery life is like 4 hours with internet wich with j7's battery it should not happen. if i switch it off and then on again i loose like 20% of battery and if that is all i had i get 0% and the phone doesnt switch on. the phone never had contact with water . it's been 4 days since this started and it happened all of sudden like today my phone stays up to two days at most and i just woke up it barely finishes a day without data and with power saving mode
i'm sure it's not about background apps or any activities because i hard reset it already and i don't have any app. and it's not about wifi or sync or poor network i tried all that. i did everything it didnt help. i could buy a new battery but i'm scared it might be a short because i don't think a battery can just die in one night like this.
can anyone help me with this or it's nothing serious and i have to change the battery

same thing happening with me from last one week since i left my phone charge at night while i was sleeping. ? after unplugging it goes from 100% to 95% suddenly and battery backup dropped don't know what's happening and yes after removing battery and reinsert it it goes down by around 20% may be someone can help.
Also got same issue..just replace the battery
