Hi I have a dead phone, it is in the start up loop. I have youtubed and see how i can get it back to factory settings BUT I want to get my photos and videos off there first. Spoke to tech help at HTC tried power down = still looping, tried reboot = still looping, tech help said the only way now is back to factory settings. But I just cant believe that is it for my stored videos etc. I said if I was a terrorist I am sure the FBI could get my stuff off this phone. Please HELP me!

I was trying to port, after I installed the ROM ,my phone stuck in sony logo for about 25 secs then it reboots into CWM

But please....linking to a pic someone has to download is a bad idea. Not many will download something a stranger linked them to....including myself.
Try a different method of sharing your pic. That doesn't require downloading. ?

Hi.
I'm new here so pardon any error...
i was trying to unlock the network using a tutorial i found online.
but after editing the "mmcblk0p4" file the phone shuts down and won't come on. i tried plugging it to pc and it shows a "qhusb_dload" driver window. i tried using linux also and it shows it in qdl mode.
I don't know what to do because i''ve tried so many options adb and fastboot can't detect the phone. any useful information will be appreciated.

Devices that show up as "QSUSB_DLOAD" are usually beyond repair at home. Usually need a service center to fix them.
But feel free to ask for other ideas here..

is there no way to fix the bootloader through the terminal because that was what caused the issue. i can read my partition from there and i found some code that worked on the evo4g but i don't know if it could work on this one.
Like I said, on some devices "QSUSB_DLOAD" is fatal... But asking in the section I linked may help you get other suggestions.

On a Samsung for example... That state is a guaranteed trip to a service center. They have the means to force flash stock firmware, as us end users don't.

Actually, according to your post history, You've been already seeking help in your device section. All you can do is read the guides and ask for assistance there. I think I mentioned this before, but if you just can't understand this stuff, You'd probably be better off not doing anything. Or you could wind up accidentally making your device a paperweight.
I suggest lots of reading of the the guides and tutorials and see if it starts making more sense.

i have ported miui rom from micromax a110 to our phone myphone 848g mtk6577,
but when connecting to wifi, it always say obtaining ip address
this problem does not occur in previous roms,
i have tried wifi fix but nothing change
we have good wifi signal and speed so it is not the problem

Okay, so I installed the Alliance ROM with safestrap and ROM Customizer, and now when my phone starts up it says SAFESTRAP DISABLED and then it goes to the Alliance ROM Boot logo and wont turn on. It vibrates and the keys flash as if it's about to turn on, but doesn't. I really just wanted to install this rom. could someone add me on skype and help me please?
