I bought a Samsung galaxy note4 from UAE, but it doesn't work in the UK, I guess it might be country locked. can it be unlocked free? otherwise there are companies who would charge for it to be unlocked.

I have an s4 sgh m919 from tmobile and I live in venezuela I already unlocked the phone but it only receive EDGE signal because my carrier lte 4g uses the lte band3 (1800mhz) wich this phone doesnt have.
Is there anyway to "unlock" that band ? Or I have to buy the international version?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 (Model Number: SPH L720) from Sprint.
It's already unlocked as I am able to use it with my sim card in UAE. However, the phone keeps prompting me to do hands free activation which is not possible without a sprint sim card and I do not live in the USA.
Due to this activation problem I am also unable to update my firmware from 4.3 to 4.4.2
So is there a way for me to evade this activation and update the phone via normal samsung software update?

Hi, how can I unlock my Samsung Galaxy Note4 (SM-N910R4) which locked to US Cellular so I can use it here in the Philippines. When I looked at other websites on how to unlock it, it asks for a 15 IMEI number while mine inly has 14.
