After upgrading to Lollipop the phone rings randomly , that is sometimes it only vibrates instead of ringing. Priority is set to 'All' and ringtone is 'Phobos'.Ring volume also full. Any solutions ?

Hello again. When I receive an incoming call I get a strange problem.
I either get no ringtone no vibrate, vibrate only, or about half a second of my ringtone before it stops.
Very rarely does the phone ring normally.
Phone is set to Max volume and I get notification sounds.
I've tried searching and only found problems relating to HTC.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Finally fixed it. Turned out its the call blocker part of an app I had. NetQin Manager. I uninstalled that and now it works perfectly. Got to love this site.

I haven't heard of such an app, but you do have the option to create your own ringtone with an audible tone followed by silence.
hi thank you i will try thanks
Hello, is anyone experiencing unusually low text notifications? Ringer volume for calls seems OK, just text notifications are low.

They are linked so you can't change individually. What you can do however, is to either choose a louder notification tone (some are louder than others) or use an app like Zedge and go get you some loud notification tones (other tones as well)
Yeah I know, I thought I may of missed a setting. I did try Zedge and I did find a couple louder notifications.

Has anyone else seen if you pick the phone up a certain way that it will vibrate and decrease the ring tone volume and notification volume. I'm not talking about the volume rocker.
I have noticed that,
I vibrates and I check if I have notifications but theres nothing there...
Weird...

In settings/motion and gestures I think its smart alert and mute settings that are doing it im testing now to find out. Ill have to run it for a day or so and report back.
Hi,
I recently bought a Lenovo k3 Note and I can't figure out how to toggle vibrate. I have vibrate selected in settings. And I have used a number of apps to test if vibrate works and they all say its available but I can't get it to vibrate.
I've searched all over but it seems as though I'm the only one with this problem.
Thanks for the help.
