[Q] HTC One XL International. Am I in the correct forum?

Can anybody clarify,
"AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL" --> Does these refers to the same phone?
Im from Singapore, I plan to buy HTC one XL from Singtel,
Does that mean I can apply the modifications found in this forum to my soon to be phone?

Please explain what is the difference between htc one xl / one x at&t / eva_utl / evita_utl
It is really confusing.

The HTC One XL and the AT&T One X are the same phone, they're both codenamed Evita.
The Evita_UTL is also the HTC One XL but it is the middle eastern variant. Software from the standard Evita seems to be compatible with this model but we're not sure about firmware, hboot etc.
I've never heard of the Eva_UTL.

Currently using Sprint HTC One (M8) Viper ROM (latest 1.3). Have issues with play store (getting stuck on download) and when I run apps, gets stuck loading even on WiFi. Anyone have the original Sprint HTC One (M8) ROM?
