Is there any app or mod which will enable this feature of Note 4 on Note 3?
Which makes app as popup window when pulled from Recent Apps Menu.

I think we'd have to wait for a rom port to get that feature.

I tried pen window manager + pen window launcher. More or less similar
pen window manager and pen window launcher can get a similar result but haven't found any rom mods to do exact same thing yet.

ya that's true.. we need to push the spen button and select pen window.. no way to get it directly unlike note 4 ..
i am also looking for some mod to do this as it would help in multitasking .. wish someone could port the n4 multitasking to our n3 ...
note 2 guys already have it i checked ..
wish samsung gave this feature and using the s pen as a mouse as an update when we get lollipop :highfive:
EDIT
hey look at multi window mod by Sorg @ XDA is that similar to what you are looking for ?

Are you on TW? If so did running that break the built in multi window? I like the muilti window, I just would like to be able to have a pop window without using the pen launcher
I use xperiacle's fw shortcuts pro in combination with gmd gesture control to open an app with gestures into floating windows or pop up mode...and when i close them then going to recent apps and launch them again...they will relaunch still as pop up or floating...
rom
hope this help, has most of the note 4 features working with some fixes from other devs as well

I found something that's...well not very useful but for some with bad eye vision very useful.
Tap on your screen fast like five times and see what happens. Your screen in large like you hold it under a magnifying glass. Your screen is now with blue line. Also works in any browser.

Yep, just verified that and it's "magnification gestures" in Accessibility. Triple tap activates magnification and works for everything but the keyboard and the navigation bar.

You're right. This accessibility feature is also available in TW stock ROM with triple tap. However, Air View cannot be activated with it and Samsung tells that it might slow the phone.
It is also available on my s3 running 4.2.2 leaked ME7 rom. Most probably it is a 4.2.2 feature across all devices running on it. Not only the G Edition.

Hi everybody, let me present you SpyKit, and app designed for taking spy pictures in a very simple yet powerful way!
The motivation was to address the main problems in most of the existing spy cameras: lack of polisheness and counter intuitive user interfaces.
Right now this is the only spy camera that works when you screen is truly turned off!
How to use it?
The first thing you have to do is activate it through the main switch in the upper right corner. You can also put a widget in your desktop for quickly enable it.
Then there two ways you can use the app:
-> Using your device buttons. (PLAY, PAUSE, VOLUME UP/DOWN)
By default all buttons are mapped to the Single Picture Action.
-> Using the Motion Detection feature.
By default motion detection is mapped to the Continuous Shooting Action
You, of course, can change this mappings at the settings screen.
SpyKit, by default, displays a floating preview which you can drag and resize as you like. It allows you to keep using your other apps while the preview is active!.
If you don't want the preview to be shown, you can disable it at the settings screen.

The thing about digital zoom is that they do almost nothing... It would be the same if you just crop and enlarge the image using photoshop. Anyway I will take your request into account!
Thanks!

I just finished updating this for Kit Kat, so I figured I'd post it
It's your typical "enable multi-window for any app" app with a few extra bells and whistles for the donate version. I don't really like mods that enable every single app because it gets messy and lags the tray out pretty bad, so I made this to let you pick and choose which ones to enable. This is still a WIP, so feel free to give suggestions / bug reports.
Create shortcuts to launch 2 apps in windowed mode at the same time
Create shortcuts to launch any app in windowed mode...the point of this being that it allows you to use 3rd party side bar launchers such as GloveBox, SwipePad, etc. in place of the stock flashbar
Launch 2 instances of the same app...some apps don't work. most browsers don't (4.4 samsung browser does by default)
Backup/Restore your enabled apps list
Auto enable newly installed apps
Inverted (Black) flashbar theme
Remove icon labels from the flashbar

I love your app in 4.3. Now in 4.4 does not work widgets, apps open normally, not in windows. Can you add feature to open apps in floating windows from flashbar?
Thanks very much

Hi folks,
I'm looking for an app where if I press a shortcut (from Pie specifically), it will bring up a bunch of pre-defined app shortcuts.
Simi folder works well, but the problem for me is that it positions itself oddly. Its fine if I launch it from the dock row of icons (which I actually want to replace) but because Pie is built into systemUI, it positions itself near the status bar.
I dont want something that swipes from the side of the screen or similar. I just want to press a button and have the icons pop up, preferably in a predefined location, but at least not at the top of the screen
This is what simifolder looks like (as launched from home screen)

"lightbox_next": "Next",

"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
which would be perfect, except the problem is if launched from Pie, its at the top of the screen, which is annoying.
Does anyone know of similar apps that would do this, launchable from a custom shortcut?

No but it does look good... I could make a nice UCCW widget for the apps I want to launch.
Open to other ideas too.

Pd. Sorry for my english
XHaloFloatingWindow can be configured to open the app in a floating window when you long-press the notification and open the app in normal mode when you press the notification normally. You can switch long-press / normal in the settings of the module and you can also adjust the size of the floating window
