Here is a [GUIDE] Recover 2012 and newer XPERIAs from SOFT-brick.
That will hopefully help.

hey i have rooted my xperia m dual with vroot. Then one of relatives have changed the kernel version of my phone. But now i think it is bricked because at the start the xperia theme is keeping on flashing and flashing. Please help.
