Xperia Miro St23i with a broken screen - Sony Xperia Miro, Tipo (Dual), J, E

Hello. I need to save all the photos from the phone but the MTP option wasn't enable and pc recognise the phone only as a device. The phone is not rooted, developer options and usb debugging is off. I tried to root the phone as it is but no luck. Phone can boot in normal, download mode and fastboot mode. Is there any way to enable usb debugging to move on? Or a way to take the files from the phone. Thank you all.

[Q] USB debugging won't work in Linux or Windows

Have the usb drivers in windows and it was working. Now it won't turn USB debugging on. I tried on Linux Ubuntu also but no luck. Any idea? I am on custom recovery with stock rom if that helps.
edit: so it appears that that the debugging does work when using adb. adb devices recognizes my s3. But nothing noted in the notification bar when attached via usb, only connected as media device. When I switch to CM10 from stock, the debugging notification appears. Is this a samsung thing? Any thought would be appreciated.
Bump - Had this same issue. Wasted about 2 hours last night trying to figure out how to get USB debugging to turn on so I could start the root/unlock process. Turns out, debugging was on, but the phone never notified me. I'm on a new rom now and it does correctly notify me with debugging on.

How to enable USB Debugging from the boot screen

Hi,
I have working phone that is locked(I know the password, but don't want to use it) I'm doing this for research for Mobile Forensics purposes.
I know you can get the image of the phone using ADB shell and dd command and I have done when the usb debugging is enabled. I have crack the password while the USB debugging is enabled too, but what if is not enabled?
How can I enable the USB debugging when is off on the phone and I can't unlock it? is there any way to enable the USB debugging on an Android phone without actually going to the settings? Is there any command that I can use in fastboot to do this? any free software that you know about that can do this?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
From bootloader screen you can do anything. Why you still need USB Debugging?
