Thank you for the reply. I still have my original questions though - so it seems there isn't a forum for the c6916 right only the plain z1? Do you know if there is any plan to have a separate forum for the t mobile variant? Do you know if the items in the Z1 forum are applicable to the c6916 model?

I am trying too root my sony xperia z2, using the EasyRootTool,
i have followed all of the steps and it does not seem to work,
i have also took advice given too other people in the post and nothing is still happening,
it is just stuck at the first step where it tell you to connect your device,
Any help would highly be appreciated.
